    Hi Dr. K -

Are the blood-spot tests that ZRT labs (and probably others) offer actually worth the money in your opinion, or are they inaccurate enough to just be a waste?

    Thanks!

depends upon your case. If you are looking at vitamin D i am not so sure they are accurate but the hormone assays they have been close.

  3. zrt blood spot is quite accurate but remember is only s snapshot of the particular time of draw
try to do after 10am i would suggest for hormones

  4. Josh, why do you say after 10 am with hormones?
