    Bottom line is body temperature.
Make a good effort to use NTH only.

Thanks, JanSz! My temp. is definitely lower than your range given...around 35.2. I am taking armour thyroid but don't have Hashis. I do have nodules on my thyroid and my ND wants my TSH closer to 1 and it has been there for some time. The rest of the recs you gave I am doing. How do I get the body temp up?

Would a little extra T3 help? More naturally packaged iodine (seaweed)? Coconutt oil always revs up my body...

I am certainly open to trying that! I love coconut oil. I could eat more seaweed too. I don't get much of that in my diet.

Thanks, Jan! My ND has me taking 50 mg of iodine a day. I know Jack prefers food sources over supplements. I go back to him on Monday so I will have him do more labs and maybe I can figure out what is going on.

When is the best time of the day to supplement with pregnenolone, DHEA, Progesterone, Thyroid from a circadian cycle standpoint?

I take 50mg of Preg at bedtime because it seems to enhance my sleep. Posting my progress on this thread next... I struggle with cortisol issues.

I take pregnenolone at bedtime. If I wake up at 2 am, more helps me get back to sleep.

Since I can't afford bio-identicals and there aren't any practitioners in my area anyway, I take pregnenolone and hope my body can sort out what it wants to make!

  19. You are absolutely right.
I also take pregnenolone and I see my cognitive performance and memory has increased dramatically.
That was before I started to increase DHA .
Plus the breast pain in the middle/ end of the cycle disappeared completely.

  20. I just take it in the morning, so there is enough time to be converted to progesterone for the evening.( If the body wants to convert it, if there is no steal etc....)
