Workout and CT

    I've cut out my normal workout routine of xfit etc...

    Im feeling fine with CT and a good ketogenic diet.

    I'm wanting to do some sort of workout to measure strength and keep or grow it.

    The last few says I've done 100 pushups and 100 air squats within 5 min of ending CT.

    Is that ideal?productive or counter productive? Got my telomere test back today so I'm really questioning EVERYTHING.

    Heavy weights......low reps in the cold. Kettle bell swings I like.
