What are you favourite detox protocols Electric universe?

One of my top protocols is OMAD, eating only one meal a day and fasting for 23hrs givets the body a chance to rid itself of so many toxins.

At the moment I'm spending lots of time in the beautiful sun, so much that I'm sweating a lot, this is the best ever infra red sauna in the world using the real sun. This is a brilliant way to rid the body of toxins.

I know it's controversial and counterintuitive but I loop all my urine from 6am to 4:40pm. This is a brilliant way to clean the bloodstream but I realise it takes a bit of study understand how this works, as is true for so many good protocols for health

  2. LOL now I see its diluted, OK. My weird imagination sees concentrated urine from a hose.

To be transparent, my BF uses urine in his compost. That was a surprise finding a gallon of urine in the bathroom...

Good for you. And if I had a composting toilet any garden of mine would be the recipient of my fertilizing turds too.

Detox is a complicated and daunting topic, and I am just beginning to learn. Color me a humble novice wanting to learn at the feet of a detox master.

I have some humanure building up ready to put on my plants, yes humanure is what is sounds like, manure but from humans not animals.

You need to leave it break down for a few years until it's basically like beautiful dark earth again.

It makes no sense to shit into our water supply and then blast it with chemicals and put it back into the tap water.

It makes so much sense to use our feral waste properly in our Mother Earth.

Personally, I will buy/support the business/producer who uses the best natural practices. Cost is relative to value. I encourage anyone to think hard about what you do with your purchasing power to create the world you want to live in.

I wish it was possible to buy pesticide free wine, it it’s not. The only option is to make your self.

My mother is Sicilian and she has made her own wine from anything that grows wild in our area in Northern California. Plums, elderberries, wild grapes etc...Perhaps we will start doing it again. She is 80 years young, plays tennis , golf and pickle ball every week. Carries her own golf bag while golfing. She has a glass of red wine everyday. I have been looking into the absorption of resveratrol the through the skin and sublingually. New studies are suggesting it is more bioavailable than ingestion. Also, here is a list of wines that contain glyphosate and how much.
    Wines
    • Sutter Home Merlot: 51.4 ppb.
    • Beringer Founders Estates Moscato: 42.6 ppb.
    • Barefoot Cabernet Sauvignon: 36.3 ppb.
    • Inkarri Malbec, Certified Organic: 5.3 ppb. (Mendoza, Argentina)
    • Frey Organic Natural White: 4.8 ppb. (California, from my link)

    Lets keep learning......

Absolutely true about absorbing things through the skin it’s more bioavailable

In the urine therapy world, rubbing aged urine on the skin and ‘drinking’ litres of it this way has been found to be very very effective. I dry on my skin ged urine every morning in the sunrise before I do my CT.

Th is for that link, yes most drinks these days alcoholic or not have lots of nasties in them, even bottled water.

The only drink I trust these days is my own ultra filtered blood plasma, this is your own metabolic water made in the mitochondria and filtered really well. Your body gives it to you for free every day, and it the secret of secret through history
