A low quantum yield environment for ANY REASON leads to most chronic human diseases = leptin resistance = a modern world that uses blue light and nnEMF 24/7 = global low vitamin D3 levels = blue light increases insulin resistance in environments = low melatonin levels = very low cortisol levels = low sex steroid hormones = pseudohypoxia at the mitochondrial level = low O2 = slowed electron chain transport = altered free radical signaling = increased ELF-UV light release from cells = low NAD+/NADH ratio = NAD+ drops in people with blue light exposure = elevated ubiquitin rates = protein turnover = epigenetic expression up-regulated = mitochondrial fission/fussion/mitophagy/apoptosis = neurodegeneration of some sort = low levels of electrons and too many protons = electron density in tissues decreases = cells no longer connected electrically = tissues lose their polarization antenna function = the footprint is lower DHA concentrations in tissues = lowers probabilities of excitons and solitons in cells = lowers the EZ size in cell water = dehydration = higher positive charges (protons) in proteins making them less hydrophilic = low intracellular pH = low redox potential = cell and mitochondrial swelling (cyto c release) = lowered magnetic and electric fields in mitochondria = ATPase spinning slows = lowered ATP levels = neurodegeneration via protein folding disorders = a lot of carbs and protein electrons on ECT = altered serotonin, melatonin, and dopamine levels in the frontal lobes = second messenger calcium system altered = neurotransmitter release altered due to altered calcium signaling = altered seed germination due to alter calcium flows in seeds = Why Monsanto has carte blanche in the USA/Germany = calcium controls voltage gated channels, NMDA, and glutamate excitotoxicity = glutamamte is a light LED optical switch for neurons = low DC electric current in plant and animals = low tissue DHA cycling in cell membranes = altered perceptions of reality = depression/anxiety = chronically lowered DHA in the brain and retina = altered melatonin cycles = destroyed sleep = lowered DC electric current = lowered regeneration potential in cells = small sized EZ in cell water = raised % heteroplasmy in mitochondria in neuroectoderm derivatives = neurodegeneration explodes = ADHD/autism/SIBO explodes = breast, prostate, and brain tumors rates explode. Most spices and herbal food supplements cannot fix a light problem, with one large exception. And when you add in pepper and seafood it gets even better.

CURCUMIN is like sunlight in many ways because it has shown to affect the Faraday effect in tissues That spice is turmeric/curcumin. Curcumin undergoes massive protein fluorescence naturally. So this means it scavenges excessive bio-photon release from stressed cells. All cells in an inflamamtory state release massive amounts ot ELF-UV. One of the major challenge in medicine is to find alternatives treatments for inflammatory conditions like arthrtitis and cancer with "a chemotherapy" or pill that is safe and clinically efficacious. Tumeric has a low toxicity profile and this makes it something that everyone should consider. Many practitioner's do not have a good backround in the bio-physical aspects of disease so they may not know that curcumin (diferuloylmethane), a naturally occurring flavinoid derived from the rhizome of Curcuma longa is an ideal candidate because of how it sops up UV light because it really absorbs it well. If you add some of the shells of shellfish and black pepper to the mix in seafood bone broths you make it even stronger anti-inflammatory. Chitosan and curcumin are a big part of the Epi-paleo Rx. Curcumin is fluorophore protein for those who don't know. In vitro and in vivo preclinical studies have shown its inhibitory anticancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, and proapoptotic activities in mitochondria which lower inflammation. The multiple mechanisms of the anti-inflammatory effect of curcumin putatively include down-regulating the expression of gene products such as nuclear factor-κB, growth suppression, inducing apoptosis, and modulating various signal transduction pathways and the expression of many inflammatory genes and oncogenes. Based on resonance light scattering and UV-visible absorption spectroscopic analysis, mechanism studies have suggested that the highly enhanced fluorescence of curcumin has resulted from synergic effects of a favorable hydrophobic microenvironment provided by albumin and chitosan to facilitate efficient intermolecular energy transfer between albumin and chitosan in the blood plasma. Right now the latest science is that albumin seems to bind to curcumin through its hydrogen bonding network, which causes the protein conformation to convert from β-folded helix to α-helix. This radically changes the Faraday effect in the local environment and improves the local electric and magnetic fields in tissues with inflammation. Curcumin can combine with the the albumen chitosan complex through its center carbonyl carbon, and the chitosan from the shells of seafood can play a key role in promoting the energy transfer process by shortening the distance between albumen and chitosan to transfer the light energy without shorting out the cells microenvironment. Bio-physics is remarkable when take the time to understand it. Few do

Do ozone therapies work in a similar fashion by sopping up ELF-UV light from stressed cells?

Explains why curry is the no 1 take away dish in the UK . Auto medicating without knowing it. I remember when living there I was addicted to the stuff.

  4. Awesome thank you very much Dr. Kruse! Should I also through a little bit of coconut oil in bc of the MCTs? Probably a no no given my northern latitude.....

Should I even be consuming Curcumin if I live north of 60 degrees parallel in strong fields (ie the rocky mountains)? I have a feeling that it would still help given that we have all the modern killers up here....but could turmeric interfere with UV assimilation some how? I love turmeric and used it a lot when I was down south in the city. Now I am way up north and there are northern lights above my cabin/home everynight. No wifi, cell service. We turn our breakers off at night. But the sun is just super week already (I think my have mitochondria from English parents but my guess is they are yoked for more southern latitudes). Given that I can use cold and magnet fields to my advantage, I am not so sure I need the turmeric much. But I do go to town often where all my good choices are put to the test (blue light, nnemf) and perhaps turmeric could still play a role as a fearless warrior on the battleground for light. I guess the only way to know is to bio-hack ?
I guess I should boil my massive Alaskan oyster shells after I am done with them tonight? It would be a first, cant believe we have been throwing them in the fire!

Curcumin is like CT ........always works. I would not mix a tropical fat with it in winter.

Would this machine be considered as desirable to have at home
when working on improvement to oxygen utilization?

If ok, any directions for use.

IIRC, this have been discussed on this board in the past.

as far as I know the air purifiers are dangerous but perhaps Jack could chime in? I know that several companies have been sued due to the dangerous devices.

Which Ozone Generator is right for me?
    http://www.ozonegenerator.com/ozone_generators/right_ozone_generator.php

Longevity Resources Inc. offers you our oxygen fed ozone generators the EXT50 Ozone Generator, EXT120 Ozone Generator, the EXT120-T Ozone Generator, and the Quantum 5 Ozone Generator. A chart has been provided below to help you to compare these ozone generators.

Ozone is produced inside each ozone generator by a double walled 100% Glass Tube that produces no heat, and has no metal, plastic, rubber, or ceramic in contact with the ozone / oxygen. Why is this important? Ozone would slowly destroy these materials and the toxic byproducts would be added to the ozone. Due to the toxic nature of these byproducts, all ozone generator manufacturers should ensure that these materials do not contact the ozone while the ozone is inside the ozone generator. Unfortunately at the present time, Longevity Resources Inc. is the only company producing ozone generators with 100% Glass Tubes, and none of these other materials. Therefore our design is ideally suited to provide you with “Ultra Pure Contaminant Free Ozone”. Due to the high quality of our electronic components we also guarantee no burnout (we actually have a Lifetime Warranty against burnout), no nitrogen byproducts, and no other contaminants; just pure, clean, precision ozone in levels (or concentrations). All of our ozone generators are suitable for “Ultra Pure Applications”, and all ozone protocols.

It seems as Methylene Blue may interfere with (desirable) activity of Viagra or Cialis?

    yes?
    no?
    =========================================
Nitric oxide (NO) contributes to vessel homeostasis by inhibiting vascular smooth muscle contraction and growth

    ------------------------------------------
The vasodilating antihypertensive drug minoxidil contains an ·NO moiety and may act as an NO agonist. Likewise,
Sildenafil citrate, popularly known by the trade name Viagra, stimulates erections primarily by enhancing signaling through the nitric oxide pathway in the penis.
    ------------------------------------------

Methylene blue, a nitric oxide inhibitor, prevents haemodialysis hypotension.

Would you use coconut oil if you lived in the tropics through winter? or avoid for winter?

  18. Its seems pretty obvious from a evolutionary stand point. However I am also not quite sure about the exact reasoning. I remember reading a post of Dr. K's saying it something about medium chain triglycerdies (coconut oil) being useless unless consumed with fruit and copious amounts of light on the skin. Perhaps coconut oil improves the metabolic outcome of carb consumption?

In short, during in the winter time in northern hemispheres (when we are meant to consume saturated fats and copiious amount of DHA), coconut oil would be a metabolic burden.

  19. How do you all make your exoskeleton broths? I have been saving and freezing loads of oyster shells but I have yet to make a broth from them. I figure I just heat them for a while over the fire then add fresh cut turmeric and pepper? Does it need to be boiling hot water to release chitin? Or is boiling not advised? Anything I am missing? Going to use it cook with regularly.

I have also been adding turmeric to my kimchi but I figure its not the best.....consuming lots of kimchi in the winter that is. Its easy to tell as the kmichi is kind of flat and not very fizzy. The lacto bacteria don't like the cold so much. But I guess If I am in ketosis a little bit of kimchi wouldn't hurt....especially if its got that antidote within (turmeric)?
