WHY MIGHT CHLOROQUINE WORK FOR COVID-19?

I think I might have cracked the code of why chloroquine is working in COVID-19. It alters when the fever occurs temporally and this acts to limit the cytokine storm in the gut and lung. When the fever or Malaria or C-19 occurs on day one, the immune system responds briskly, like when a flame light the fuse of a firecracker and it cannot be controlled. Normally the immune system works like the wick of a candle. It gets lit and activates a control response and has an off switch for resolution of the cytokine response. In malaria and C-19 this system of feedback control is lost because of the broken circadian mechanism. This is why people with obesity and diabetes are dying at higher rates than people without circadian mismatches. Instead of keeping the immune system on high alert at all times, the body cyclically lowers its defenses for a while over 24 hours. Some viruses have evolved to pounce on that opportunity. People with low redox power in the immune system are subject to this version of the attack. So this is why Black Swan Clinicians always mandate redox over detox as first-line maneuvers. I have thought long and hard why a malaria drug would work and then I thought about the link of RBC lactate dehydrogenase. The redox power rests the circadian mechanism to operate properly. This is why malaria drugs work in C-19. The fever one day one is more deadly in malaria and it appears the same is true in C-19 disease. The chloroquine may alter the timing of the pyogenic response and thereby offer protection from the cytokine storm and the need to ICU admission.

Chloroquine works to change the timing and we can see that in RBC lactate dehydrogenase levels. In a recent Wuhan study, I have reviewed, LDH (0.9727) had maximum sensitivity (100.00%) and specificity (86.67%), with the cutoff value of 283. This means it is a great biomarker for acute lung failure requiring ventilation and maximum ICU support.
LDH was positively correlated with CRP, AST, BNP, and cTnI, while negatively correlated with lymphocyte cells and its subsets, including CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+, and T cells counts.
LDH is an enzyme found in almost all body tissues. It plays an important role in cellular respiration, the process by which glucose (sugar) from food is converted into usable energy for our cells. It would be a great marker for acute mitochondrial failure when the TCA cycle becomes impotent to operate due to poor delta psi or redox failure in mitochondria.

When outbreaks start social media influencers say, "It's trivial. More people die of flu, of car crashes, of cancer.." as if that justifies lack of urgent concern. This interactive brilliantly shows how COVID-19 has compared to other causes of death overtime. This is why COVID-19 is not the flu.............and it is an apple to oranges comparison.

Interesting thought on chloroquine. I watched this explanation that was positing and effect on intracellular zinc levels.

The Effects of Fasting on Infections

If this is correct we should switch from fat emphasis to carbohydrates (at least during this pandemic)
Unfortunately, they have not provided references to any research.
    -------------------------------------------
Yale study finds that sickness-related food preferences may correlate with the type of infection and the type of diet the body requires to fight the infection.

UV light affects the immune system. Are the modern epidemics of allergies and autoimmune diseases due in part to UV light deficiency? Light shapes life. How is it shaping yours? https://buff.ly/2UVE8Z0

  8. JanSz,
Could you please paraphrase the conclusions of these videos? I don’t have the bandwidth to watch or listen to such media. I have been wondering which dietary route to follow. What ratio of protein, fat, carbs would you recommend? I am close to the equator and have access to fresh grass fed meat and dairy as well as lots of fruits and vegetables growing at my current latitude. Have been leaning toward the keto side but with daily carbs. Spending all day in the sun, my my energy level is the highest it’s been in over three years, as evidenced by my ability to exert myself. Sincere thanks for your help!

This is 2:47 minutes video. No additional references are given.
The only weight of it is that it was done at Yale University.
I posted it in two places, hoping to get a reaction from @Jack Kruse
As you see their conclusions are somewhat against general Jack's teaching but maybe not if put in the proper context.
So far no reaction from Jack.
Let me know if you figure out something useful.

There is one highly important information. @Jack Kruse
Side effects of using hydroxy-chloroquine are highly exaggerated.
They may happen after years of use on lupus or other diseases where it is used for a long time.

(summary made by dr Oz, Fox News, Tuesday 4/7/2020)

Hydroxychloroquine is also an antirheumatic medicine
and is used to treat symptoms of
rheumatoid arthritis and discoid or systemic lupus erythematosus.

Reading can seriously damage ignorance on the internet........some people are more interested in short cuts than nature's methods.

Perspective time on HCQ: Did NASA have RCT evidence to save the Apollo astronauts when they were dying in space? The Lunar Module did not have enough CO2 scrubbing canisters to make air breathable for 3 men. In their time of death, the astronauts had to build a crude adapter using spare parts on board, to make use of canisters meant for the command module. During a pandemic, you do what you can to save life...............

I am under no obligation to make sense to people. My epistemology is to elevate their thinking above where it is now. And by elevating your knowledge, I need you to sink to the quantum scale to make the leap to optimal.

My thoughts were clearly laid out in this blog. How about you actually READ IT?

https://www.patreon.com/posts/35702264 Then we can talk about why the leftist globalist media does not want people woke. HCQ is a zinc ionophore. When are people going to open a biochem book and realize the first and last step in heme synthesis require Zn as the co-factor: C19 and malaria destroy heme, and slows new heme synthesis that is needed for a C19 recovery in both the RBC's and cytochrome c oxidase heme proteins in mitochondria (COX) = no energy made = why hypoxia happens

ECCG and Quercetin also are Zn ionophores but HCQ is a different animal.
The amount of Zn each provides as a cofactor to both enzymes in heme synthesis is not equivalent. HCQ produces the most on a per unit basis and that is why it helps prior to a massive infection and in the recovery phase to make new heme. ECCG/quercetin availability on a per unit basis in comparison to HCQ is like pissing in the "Zn lake" so to speak, so it makes no sense to use it when HCQ is way more effective

If you are living with a co-morbidity and you contract a virus that makes you so sick that you die. Your primary cause of death is that virus not the comorbidity
Glad we cleared that up for the myopic. This is why the cause of death is counted as it is.

Why is Innate and adaptive cellular immunity being politicized? Just because human immunity that has developed naturally against viruses for millennia doesn’t fit their narrative, are we supposed to stop telling the truth about it? This is not breaking news, it’s immunology 101!
Could it be Fauci, Redfield, and Birx keep parroting old data and never give the full picture on T-cell immune responses because of their relationship with GAVI?
Dr. Atlas explains T-cell immunity on @IngrahamAngle tonight stating evidence suggests T-cell immunity:
    - comes from prior coronaviruses
    - is the reason children are less affected by COVID-19
    - is more important than antibodies
    - is why fewer people are susceptible to COVID-19

Can you believe that people may actually have vit D values quoted in that article??????
    14-17 ng/ml
    18-22 ng/ml
    25-28 ng/ml
    <20 ng/ml
    <12 ng/ml

    @Jack Kruse
is it not a waste of money to make such groups?

Would it not be better to impose a law that each soldier must be naked around noon hours, for half an hour each day, rain or shine regardless of latitude?

When your employer’s mandate a flu shot make sure they have a legal responsibility to indemnify you for any lost wages for the +PCR test. Why CAN this happen? Since 2013 the flu vaccine has had the SARS nucleic acid sequences in it. The PCR test only checks for nucleic acid homology, therefore you can be positive and never have C19. #FACT that cannot be argued unless you are pseudoscientific. Share that info. https://pic.twitter.com/Q4KcKO9H96

Jack, do you have a link showing the SARS nucleic acid sequence has been used in the flu vaccine since 2013?
I am extremely interested in this and would love to have the information for my colleagues when I refuse to get a flu shot for work.

I’m not sure where to post this and I’m not asking for medical advice - but my friend is having breathing issues, oxygen level dipping to 89-93, feels extremely tight in the chest, and is very scared. Doesn’t want to go to hospital (I support that decision because I don’t know what they’ll offer as treatment). I know a lot of preventative measures, but I don’t know how to help him at this point and I’d like to offer any kind of helpful tips. So if it were YOU feeling this way, what would you do? He’s taking HCQ, he’s not a mitochondriac. I’m obviously not an expert but I’m thinking high doses of food-based vitamin C, zinc, D and sunshine . . . Hope it’s okay for me to post. Thank you in advance!
