This paper made me quite happy. All those years I had to the listen to the food gurus try and tell me how food macronutrients matter and now it is clear as day how food is handled is determined about circadian clock function. If your melanopsin system is broken your fuel choice matter little. When you recover that control then they might........if your environment is not defective. The message is clear.......fix the environment first and don't worry about diet. You cannot get well in the same environment you go till within. It is the axiomatic position of the Black Swan mitochondriac. The circadian clock in muscles maintains a balance between fat and protein metabolism. Insulin is not the driver that the food gurus continue to tell the public. #paleofail #LCHF fail on display. #melanopsinwisdom
