    Two questions..
1- The "Ask Jack" forum area tells me "You have insufficient privileges to post here." What do I need to do to change that? (I signed up w/a gold membership)
2- Is there a Facebook group?

You need to be a "silver" or "Gold" member to "ask Jack" You seem to be a gold member so you definitely should be able too.

and, yes, there are private FB groups.

Please send a message to "contact us" at the bottom right hand side of this page and tell them about your concerns.

Please let me know how you go....

From your knowledge is our body able to evolve, live longer more efficient over time under the right circumstances that's what it looks like to me. Maybe we could use the Sun on its own as a source of energy.

I am new to the forum. I found Jack Kruse earlier this year January 2019 and have been watching all the YT vids, reading the books, browsing the blog, etc. I am very near to getting my 23AndMe testing done and becoming a GOLD member to the site here.

My general questions about upgrading to a GOLD membership is:

What is ASK JACK? Is this an individual consult with the man himself? Will I be able to share my 23AndMe data with Jack and get an interpretation of my haplotype and therapies beneficial to my haplotype and SNPs? I understand Jack's time is very valuable and limited. If I am lucky enough to have a few minutes with him to discuss my genetics I want to make sure I have everything he needs to not waste his time.

Thank you in advance to anyone who can clear this up for me.

There is a section here on the forum "ask Jack" where you can post general questions to Jack. He can't answer specific health questions - He is not allowed to practise medicine on the internet.

If you are a "gold member" there is an optimal get to gether in Mexico around the first of January.

If you need/want a private consult with Jack [skype] - message mission control and ask if he is presently doing them and what the charges would be.

Jack may still be doing a three or four day optimal consult at an undisclosed location for just a couple of people.

And then ....there is the farm! I don't know what the availability is there now for members.

Gold membership gives you access to all Jack's blogs .....past, present and future and you will get emails about all of the above.

    Good Luck!

I am a new gold member as of today! I’ve had long-term Lyme disease and serious brain fog that’s progressive… But I remain in good health and eat pretty well, definitely room for improvement. My question is… What tests would you recommend for a basic assessment of my health and determined A direction to proceed?

Most tests for Lyme disease miss many early cases — but a new approach could help Lyme Disease. Look to the environment for nnEMF first and then correlate with the following new data:
    https://www.statnews.com/2017/06/28/early-lyme-tests/
“looking for so-called metabolite biosignatures: the litany of sugars, peptides, lipids, amino acids, fatty acids, and nucleotides normally present in the blood”
