Be aware I will have private FB groups for those people to share current topics and ideas. This will be member specific and will tie into the monthly webinars from 2017 onward.

We are focusing in on our membership in this way going forward.

    Hi there,
I am new to the website. I am considering signing up as a member, but I am still getting my feet wet so to speak.
I was introduced to Jack's ideas a month or two ago by a friend and colleague of mine. I am an MD in Alberta, Canada, and I am starting to implement the ideas presented here in myself and my wife and two boys (4+8). We have all been lactoovo veggie for over 10 years, although I was nearly vegan for a couple of years. Interestingly I had a desire to start eating fish about 6 months ago, well before ever hearing of Jack, and have been slowly eating more seafood ever since. I have been walking barefoot as much as I can for years, and also have shunned sunscreen and sunglasses for many years (just a feeling that I have always had that the sun is a friend and not an enemy despite what I learned in med school!). I now have orange glasses and have ordered magnetico sleep pads for my family. I have also started doing some CT with face/head dunks and cold showers.
I just have a quick question for someone out there who may know the answer:
-what would Jack have to say about flax seeds and hemp seeds? I have been eating quite of few of these for years. I am trying to cut back/cut out grains at least for a while to see how I react but I am wondering if I am relatively safe still eating these.
    Thanks for any help!

When your great-great grandfather ate, he ate what he had available.
On some kind of average he made a good choice because you are here.
Those choices were made by chance.
You have variety of choices available, you make your choices mostly using habits and information.
We are made mostly from water.
    The solids make our cells.
Water is either outside or inside cells.
Cells and its components have boundaries.
    Those boundaries are membranes.
    Membranes are phospholipid bi-layers.
Hydrolipic, water loving on the outside.
    Hydrophobic, water hating inside.
Individually all phosholipids have same basic construction, just componnents are different.
There is a head and two fatty acids.
One fatty acid is saturated, mostly straight and rigid, provides stability, (fat).
The other fatty acid is unsaturated, kinked, vibrating, provides life, (oil).
    When
you ask what is better to eat, flax or hemp seed, or seafood,
    rather than guessing,
    do fatty acid analysis
    test,
so you will be able to figure out where you stand today,
and what kind changes are beneficial for you.

    ..
This test, (other are often imposters developed by salesman of this or other stuff).
Fatty Acid Profile, Comprehensive (C8-C26), Serum

Brand New podcast and I think one of the better one's I've ever done. Max is an amazing guy from Germany I met in London in 2106. Before the truth can set you free, you need to identify which lie is holding you hostage. We talk about that here.
Once you eliminate epistemology and ignore obvious controls.…..you can 'scientifically prove' just about anything to keep the grant money flowing in. That is modern science in a nutshell and it is why nutrition and food studies are worthless to a mitochondriac.

Hi JanSz, I just wanted to say thanks very much for your reply. Much appreciated. Just to clarify though I was not asking if hemp seeds/flax seeds are better than seafood, but rather if they would be an acceptable addition to eating a seafood based epi-paleo diet. I suppose the answer would be the same: depends on one's own unique circumstances hence the need to do the tests to really know.
    Warmly,
    Brett

When you would start testing, you would quickly find out that there are variety of situations and it is real hard to provide generalizations.
    And
that generalizations are mostly wrong for some and right for others.
    .
Also that currently available foods are different that heritage foods.

    .
    One more.
    Having the choice:
    hemp seeds
    flax seeds
    seafood
Hemp seed oil have one important characteristic.

Yehuda was studying fatty acids intake and found that food containing LA/ALA content at the ratio of 4:1 is desirable when done on long time basis.
That was latter written as desirable Omega6/Omega3 ratio of 4:1, but that is not the case.

Hemp seed oil is real close to desirable the LA/ALA ratio.

flax seeds & seafood do not have this characteristics.

Got the result of 23 and me test ancestors and remember that Dr. jack Kruse was talking about coupled and on coupled. Where should I look for it and what this means.? I'm living in Miami and I got really ill in here and was wondering where we should move to. I know that it's not the best place forme to gett well. Thank you for your soul love.

    Thank you

So I'm from cold county from Europe
What I understood is that probably I'm uncoupled so the only way I can bring my respiratory protein close together is to go to the cold water. So when I'm living in Miami is always hot weather and humid that means it's bring my respiratory protein away forme each other. Plus the EMF.

    My haplotypes are 1a1
The rest SNIPS not sure what are they
677 and 1298 where do you find those in 23 and me ancestry test or health test
VDR CBS where do you find it
    This was in Vermont 2017
