    Thinking of water and collagen

If you experiment on slices of brains is it not “dead” non conductive material not acting with its environment properly? How much can we really learn from that. Maybe it’s an important step to get to higher ones. Quantum mechanics controlling the brain- wild speculation???Curious use of terminology.I like the quote “this kind of thinking is exiting and worth pursuing”.

Thinking about things that matter is the key to the mitochondriac education.

Mitochondriacs are experts in the subtle art of not giving a fuck about things that do not matter. It is a counterintuitive approach to wellness creation. In my opinion, the practical philosophy of "optimal" has always been the art knowing what to — and what not to — give a hoot about. Your focus on what matters most should be all that matters. It’s not about apathy. It’s about cultivating indifference to things that don’t matter. Mitochondriacs eliminate the unnecessary. We must all be careful, as Marcus Aurelius warns, not to give the little things more time and thought they deserved. Maybe looking back at this year reveals how much effort you’ve frittered away worrying about the trivial. If so, let the next year of your life become the first time that you only devote energy to things that truly matter. You must get the important things right by ignoring the insignificant things in life. That is the key on the road to optimal.....

High Serotonin from blue light is dangerous because serotonin is made from tryptophan. when you understand what I said at Vermont 2018 this becomes blatantly obvious especially LED screens and energy saving light bulbs (regular bulbs only account for 15% of energy use in a house.

You can even see it from space. High serotonin especially causes depression and circadian imbalance/insulin resistance.

You really need eye protection in evening and when in indoor light/screens.

"Transition to blue-shifted LED bulbs. Image of Milan, Italy taken in 2015 from the International Space Station (if you. Believe it exists) after the transition to LED bulbs in the city center. The amount of blue light, known to most strongly stimulate the circadian system, is much higher compared with the surrounding suburbs."

The timing of sunlight is critical for time crystals made from tryptophan.
