Do not worry about Snp, let them take care of themselves.
Maximize on sunlight wherever you are. (naked eyes, naked skin, specially naked private area)
Do saliva cortisol test to check if you are doing enough.

    For Snp's do this:

    For thyroid
drink excessive amounts of Lugols (but not Nascent)
    normal amounts of selenium
    test FT3 and RT3
Keep FT3 in upper laboratory range or slightly over that
if low use NTH, Natural Thyroid Hormone (from pigs), up to 3grains/day would be ok, if need more do frequent testing. Aim at 37C temperature under tongue in mid day.

Above will not work if 4x/saliva cortisol test is low and/or does not indicate proper Circadian rhythm.

    Great advice!

Worked like a charm for my snps.

When your haplogroup is L, it means your coupled right?

I was told I am a good uncoupler. I believe it because I can Deep Ct like no other. I earned the nick name "The Polar Bear" when joining some russians for a plunge through the ice this past winter.

I checked it with 23andme through UK.

You need to send it to someone in England and from England to Israel.

  10. I have a 23andme report but it doesn't provide values in the format you show (plus and minus). Where did you get this and is this he format that Jack likes to see to make an interpretation?

Download you raw data. Somewhere in your account would be. Then go to https://promethease.com and upload your raw data file that you downloaded before and the it should be done.

  12. Hi Antonis. Thanks for your response. I ran my 23andMe data through Promethease and got way more information than +/+ or -/- or +/- or -/+. For example, if I search for VDR and generate a report, the only thing I get that might correspond to the symbols in your chart is at the very bottom where, in my case, it says "minus Stabilized" and then in the next row "minus Orientation." Is this the information you used to generate your chart and is this what Jack would want to look at? Merry Christmas eve!

    My maternal haplogroup is H10

(Both of my parents are Mexican.)

Here’s what Dr. Jack Kruse said (over in my Optimal journal) about my maternal haplotype:

    “Your haplogroup is quite interesting.

The woman who founded this haplotype lived between 6,300 and 10,900 years ago in Europe.

This branch was born in Europe during the last glacial maximum, it sheltered in refugia there. As the ice melted, groups containing this line moved across Europe, resettling.

This means your surface SNPs might be the key to unlocking what is really going on here. You need to upload all your raw data into MTHFR tool and post it.

H10 is NOT a common Mexican clade. Your Mom's lineage and story then become critical in this puzzle. We need more data on her and your grandmother.

Today, the highest frequencies of this line are present in Belgium, where it makes up 6 percent of maternal lineages; in the Netherlands, it makes up approximately 3 percent of maternal lineages. In addition, it is also part of some Jewish Diaspora groups. Overall, this lineage is present at trace frequencies of 1 to 2 percent in Northwestern Europe and a frequency of less than 1 percent in Southern Europe.”
