    Hi everyone,

I have some 23andme data I would like to share and was hoping to get some input on what my optimal latitude location would be?

My mother's haplogroup is 12a. Here are my homozygous mutations: VDR tag, MAO-A R297R, BHMT-02, BHMT-04, BHMT-08 and here are my heterozygous mutations: COMT V158M, COMT H62H, MTR A2756G, MTRR A66G, MTRR A664A. SHMT1 C1420T.

Is this all the information needed? I heard Jack mention this in one of his presentations.

Also, another question. Morning sunlight is typically between 6AM-9AM. The sun rises at different times all year round, how can we determine the optimal timeframe with the changing seasons?
