What is Food? = a phenomenon of energy transfer which occurs when sunlight slows down due to chlorophyll and Rubisco and is captured, transformed, and turned into matter we have an experience with.

Light defines the Epi-paleo Rx, but few realized it when I wrote that book.

  2. The electromagnetic absorption rate of water strongly influence the photosynthesis rate of carbon into plant foods.

When these food sources are eaten, the carbohydrates convert to fatty acid stores. Depending on the thermodynamics of the environment, these fat compositions will vary with colder climates with higher DHA.

So why do humans need so much DHA for successful brain function, if most of the DHA rich food sources come from high latitudes?

Food-centric nutritionists do not value the influence of light on our health. This ignorance allows them to subscribe to functional medicine protocols, lab testing, and supplement band-aids.

Add to that fatty acid analysis of blood.
Most analyses, but especially analyses of people feeling sick, show normal or excessive DHA and low AA.

All matter is energy, according to E=mc2.

Food is a source of mass and or energy for us when we are disconnected from the sun or the Earth. The lighter the mass is the more thermodynamically efficient our mitochondria become.

The more disconnected you live from the sun or earth the lower the electric current your cells and mitochondria contain. Laws of electrolysis confirmed what Michael Faraday found that electric current in all things is proportional to mass in question. This becomes very interesting when you realize that the mass of a proton is mostly tied up in its energy and not in what makes up its matter.

Protons are used as the signaling molecule in mitochondria where food is utilized by cells. This means the food macronutrients you should be shooting for are based upon your cellular redox potential (NAD+) inside your cell.

How much of this energy we can harness is tied to the surrounding environment that allows all these proton-disordered states to exist. Until you know those variables and understand how they can create exotic H+ protons, you know nothing about what foods are optimal for your mitochondria’s current condition.
The key part of this experiment is watching how your mitochondria handle your current food sources. Foods with more bio-photons in them are better energetically and those with reduced mass are also favored. Anything with substantial mass is not energy efficient in energy transfers.

This is what I did in my latest bio-hack I detailed in Tensegrity 5 blog post. Circadian biology always trumps your diet. This is why no diet has ever been shown to be critically important in science. Today we have many studies showing us that circadian biology is very important. Very few people understand the magnitude of these recent papers in changing our perceptions of fact or fiction in biology.

It is hard to measure something when you cannot perceive it because your species does not have the technological know-how yet. The key when you lack this technology is to continue to critically think theoretically for answers to problems so we learn where to look when that tech is developed. What is intelligence?

Intelligence is a form of error correction. When we become aware of what we do not know it helps us ask better questions to problem solve. It recreates our current reality to a new reality by turning failure into success to create an innate value in some way. The ability to alter reality shows us fundamentally there is no cause and effect. Everything is based on a probability-based upon our ability to think about what is possible because it is probable.

Anytime we speak of mass, it invokes mass equivalence and thermodynamics.

As DC electric charge drops during sleep, mass also decreases during sleep. Mass is always proportional to the electric charge within a substance, and that substance can be your body, your cells, or a pot of boiling chemicals. This fundamental process is true in chemical reactions and in the human body which is made up of a myriad of them.

With energy loss, it causes more entropy (randomness) in a system. Entropy is a QED code word for inflammation in the biologic system, just like molecular chaos is. As energies are lost, cell signaling is also lost (because NAD+ drops) and becomes the primordial event that clinicians should be looking for in this model. The most critical point for a clinician and person to understand is that chemical signaling processes that we call hormonal regulation is synonymous with DC electrical signals with the cell. This is why circadian signaling becomes so critical in understanding where a person is in wellness or in illness. It is also why NAD+ is intimately linked to circadian signaling.

For example, compare Ben Greenfield and Jimmy Moore for a moment. Both represent a ‘vat’ of differing chemicals. One is a fit endurance athlete who uses all macronutrients to fuel his mitochondria and the other is a podcast/author who believes he needs nutritional ketosis 24/7. The belief, that nutritional ketosis is needed, occurs because of the inability to tunnel and entangle electrons and protons in his mitochondria due to a poor redox potential in and around his mitochondria. Ben has a different redox state in his mitochondria, so his ideas of what he can do is radically different than Mr. Moore. Are both wrong? No. They are partially correct because they are missing data and things they don’t know are at play in their mitochondria. They have only half of the story correctly laid out, as a result of having one oar in the water, they have 180 degrees opposite beliefs. This is how the scale of your science can radically alter your understanding of biochemistry. This is how paradoxes are created when the scale of science is wrong. No one wants to do the hard work to understand the forces behind the real science here, instead, they want to share the beliefs of their truths. Their truth is often not indicative of your truth because their personal thunderstorm surrounding their mitochondria is not the same as yours. It is your job to realize why they believe they do and then decide for yourself whose idea is closer to nature’s recipe or to yours and innovate from there.

When we introduce circadian mismatches to our life, energy flows slows down, and energy stored in protons can become tangible matter. In other words, pure energy in protons has the capability to transform energy to become things with mass. It becomes the substances we think we know best because we can observe it and sense it. The problem is we are fooled by what we think we now know because we have no idea what we are missing in nature’s recipes.

What we see is not the truth, it is an opinion of the truth. What happens with electric and magnetic fields during daytime and nighttime is radically different and hides nature’s recipes. Science is ever-changing and incomplete, but it always maintains its own resistance to new and better ideas.
Metaphors reign large in modern biochemistry, where quantum mysteries lurk just below our perception. We still forget that terrestrial sunlight only carries one one-trillionth of lights energy and information. This is a very small part of the spectrum of light and this only provides our senses with a partial format of what constructs reality. Organic processes in us use this partial information to recreate space and time so that our brain may create a reality that our senses can measure reliably to create a reality we can comprehend.

Today’s biologic science has nothing to do with subjective “truth” which can only be verified via the subjective sensory system. Biophysics says otherwise because it knows we only use a small part of the spectrum of light to drive biological processes in cells and in foods.

It appears how we are built, is to read and react to the current electromagnetic conditions our mitochondria face. Modern science epistemology is entirely cognitive and conceptual. Science is about explaining phenomena rationally. When you realize that reality varies as the environment changes you come to the realization there can be no universal truths in science. Today's truths are based upon what we know and perceived to be true with our incomplete data sets. It implies that things are only “possible” or “not possible” but that they always evolve. The more we learn about things, we begin to understand we could not fathom yesterday.

Intelligence is a form of error correction. When we become aware of what we do not know it helps us ask better questions to problem solve. It recreates our current reality to a new reality by turning failure into success to create an innate value in some way.

Most of today’s “fitness experts” want to just tell you optimal health and wellness is all about food, when the physics and observations point out it’s not close to correct. Fitness is not the key metric for survival. Survival is based on those who think well. It is about the survival of the wisest.

That makes me the bad guy in many places because I am constantly shining light on what they might be missing. This is how we learn from errors. We learn from miscalculations, not ultimate successes.

How our mitochondria work is tied to the programming it receives from circadian cycles.

Food and circadian cycles set the redox potential (NAD+ and oxygen levels) in mitochondria in a very complex dance. When you know how these variables interact and depend upon each other, then you begin to see how nature is fundamentally organized biologically.

Then, and only then can you begin to learn how to mito-hack your diet considering the variables at play below your perceptual ability. If you don’t consider these variables, you effectively have only one oar in the water, and when you use it unopposed, you go in circles and you wonder why your labs are altered and you have to do things others do not.

When you go in circles, you start to form beliefs that are not true, they are your opinions of the truth.

It becomes dangerous for an audience to listen to those beliefs when they do not understand the context from which they arose. You need both oars in the water to move forward in your understanding so that it develops into wisdom. This is why intelligence is a basic form of error correction. Mother Nature’s wisdom is the recipe we all need to be shooting for. What man currently believes is a figment of his current set of beliefs that build his reality.

Ferrari has a high-power engine. When it runs one can figure out how much energy is used over a period of time.
The light bulb uses a certain amount of energy that one can figure out.
Wonder if you could estimate how much energy the average human body at rest, uses in kW over 24 hr?

By my estimate, energy used by the human body, from food and sunlight is negligible comparing to the energy that the body produces when synthesizing matrix water.

And that is 1358 kWh when at rest.
A small city with 1358 lamps, each lamp 1000Watts, all those lamps can be on for 24 hrs
All that when the body is at rest, much more when working hard.

I am not sure if breaking water (within the body) into H and O produces or takes energy, please help.

  15. Thank you again for an old reference - https://jackkruse.com/tensegrity-5-magnetic-sense/

May I underscore an idea you articulated: "Oxygen is paramagnetic. This paramagnetic effect of oxygen occurs because it has two un-paired electrons in its valence shell making it unusual element in the periodic table. The spinning head ( Fo) of the ATPase velocity is controlled by the magnetic field of oxygen."

So why is this important for our cells to harness and create exotic H+ protons?

I believe -> Understanding the movement of our most elemental charged electron is one thing, but understanding the isotope behavior of H1, H2, H3 -> specifically what happens to the nucleus as the water molecule is split in our human photosynthesis melanin proton jump, maybe more important. https://forum.jackkruse.com/index.php?posts/297000
It is the three-dimensional behavior of hydrogen molecules when stimulated by photons that rules, not the covalent bonds; thus, I believe it is the non-covalent "bonds" or behavior of protons which jump across the cell member's intracellular matrix from melanosomes to endoplasmic reticulum, peroxisomes and our mitochondria. https://www.cell.com/current-biology/pdf/S0960-9822(14)00152-3.pdf
Ok - cool, so what does that have to do with the paramagnetic effect of oxygen as its un-paired electrons spin in the velocity of a magnetic field? <- everything.

Light is an electromagnetic field wave carrying the frequency height and intensity potential along a dielectric field wave vector. This information is stored in our melanin of our melanosomes which intermingle with other organelles (endoplasmic reticulum, peroxisomes) including our mitochondria. Once the capacity of stored light is reached, human photosynthesis potential is released across the melanin. The paramagnetic effect of oxygen molecule is pulled out by the polarized magnetic field generated by the inductive electron discharge of this (human photosynthesis) process; and it (the oxygen) breaks its bond from the hydrogen within the crystalline water surrounding our organelles including our mitochondria.

So there you have it -> we have scientific proof -> Uncle @Jack Kruse is brilliant, prophetic and perhaps a magician <- Light-Water-Magnetism

It turns out it is our melanosomes serving as the "power grid" for our mitochondria to process biomass with the endoplasmic reticulum and peroxisomes specially when it is a fatty acid "fuel source".
I believe we may want to look beyond the basic believe that -> ATP production is the primary fundamental electron transport process of mitochondrial function and health.

  16. I'm so glad my intelligence is supported by a beautiful biologically network of light propagation rather than just a volitional act of human will.

We have a Feedback system -> When we look at microtubules in human nerve cells, we see a optical pathway for information.

QUANTUM COHERENCE IN MICROTUBULES:A NEURAL BASIS FOR EMERGENT CONSCIOUSNESS? http://www.quantumconsciousness.org/sites/default/files/Quantum Coher in Microtub A Neural Basis for Emergent Consc JCS 1994.pdf

Consciousness may be seen as a dynamic macroscopic quantum state originating from a mixture of coherent states originating in microtubules.
A ground state is a component field of the vacuum whose excitation can yield the two types of wave/particles: fermions and bosons. Fermions are the ingredients of matter (electrons, protons, and neutrons) which tend to be individual; their wave functions cannot overlap entirely (although fermion pair wave functions have bosonic properties and can overlap as in superconductors, supermagnets and superfluids). Bosons are wave/particles of relationship which convey forces and which can merge as their wave functions overlap; they can coherently share identities. Bosons include pho-tons, virtual photons, phonons and other entities including possibly gravitons; the forces they convey include electromagnetic, weak and strong nuclear and possibly gravity. In concert with the uncertainty principle, a set of boson ground-state excitations can act coherently by entry into the lowest momentum state so that position becomes undefined (Tilley and Tilley, 1986). Consequently, a large set of bosons is described by a single wave function and coherent, collective macroscopic quantum states result (Herbert,1993).

There are two possibly inter-related mechanisms:
    • Bose-Einstein condensates stemming from a ‘Frëhlich pumped phonon’ mechanism of dipoles in hydrophobic pockets of microtubule subunits
    • A quantum-dynamical system of water molecules and the quantized electromagnetic field confined inside the hollow microtubule core. The latter induces a specific collective dynamics called super-radiance by which coherent photons are created and penetrate without dissipation in the microtubule core in a quantum effect called self-induced transparency (Jibu et al., 1994) upload_2021-4-21_10-21-8.png
Quantum coherence has been theoretically applied not only to membranes and cytoskeletal structures, but to water molecules ordered at their surfaces (Figure 5).

Cytoskeletal microtubules are likely candidates for quantum coherence relevant to consciousness because:
    • Microtubule individual subunit (tubulin) conformation may be coupled to quantum-level events (electron movement, dipole, phonon) in hydrophobic protein regions.
    • Microtubule paracrystalline lattice structure, symmetry, cylindrical configuration and parallel alignment promote long-range cooperativity and order.
    • Hollow microtubule interiors appear capable of water-ordering, waveguide super-radiance and self-induced transparency.
Is it possible we have quantum computation in brain microtubules? The Penrose-Hameroff "Orch OR" model of consciousness https://www.quantumconsciousness.org/sites/default/files/Quantum computation in brain microtubules - Hameroff.pdf

According to the proposals put forth in the Orch OR model, microtubules seem to be well designed (perhaps ideally designed) quantum computers. If so, technological efforts can possibly mimic some of nature's design principles such as cylindrical lattice automata and alternating phases of isolation and communication. The massive parallelism and specific microtubule lattice geometry (e.g. helical patterns following the Fibonacci series) may also facilitate quantum error correction.
An Orch OR event. a) Microtubule simulation in which classical computing (step 1) leads to emergence of quantum coherent superposition (and quantum computing (steps 23) in certain (gray) tubulins. Step 3 (in coherence with other microtubule tublins) meets critical threshold related to quantum gravity for selfcollapse (Orch OR). A conscious event (Orch OR) occurs in the step 3 to 4 transition. Tubulin states in step 4 are noncomputably chosen in the collapse, and evolve by classical computing to regulate neural function. b) Schematic graph of proposed quantum coherence (number of tubulins) emerging versus time in microtubules. Area under curve connects superposed mass energy E with collapse time T in accordance with E=/T. E may be expressed as Nt, the number of tubulins whose mass separation (and separation of underlying space time) for time T will selfcollapse. For T = 25 msec (e.g. 40 Hz oscillations), Nt = 2 x 1010 tubulins.

Ok, so we have what looks like a superhighway of microtubules in human nerve cells, optical pathways for photon information transmission and storage.

What is interesting to me is -> "error correction" processing.

  17. When our mitochondria misfires and the voltage potential moves from -200 mV to zero, the cell's voltage flips -> this is the beginning of disease. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3634644/

In order to heal and repair, our cells’ voltage needs to be greater (negatively speaking) than -50mV. Some doctors say, -200mV. So what's this negative all about, I thought positive is good and negative is bad. <- Nope

When a cell begins its downward spiral, the voltage will move from negative to positive. Once this value passes zero, the polarity flips. You move from health to disease. So, when your cell's clocking in at or above +50mV, it's in cancer territory.

Cell membrane potential (Vm), the voltage across the plasma membrane is the mechanism of action that functionally plays out in cancer cell migration. https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/153303460800700404

Since we know our redox potential is tightly linked to our mitochondrial potential to misfire, we may want to ask the question - If Ben Greenfield and Jimmy Moore have half truth, what steps could they make to complete the path to better health? For Jimmy Moore who is still fighting with obesity even with intermittent fasting -> what is he missing?

To the reader of this Thread, what could you offer -> get outside in nature -> sunrise to sun set... What would you suggest?
  18. Each of us approach this forum with as set of "intellectual" believes.

Understanding a mechanism of action, validating against observable data points, we can begin to disprove any hypothesis <- we need better ideas.

How do we ask ourselves better questions just maybe a good place to start.

When I look for answers to simple questions, my designer is Nature -> Understanding her, becoming intimate with her...
  19. Getting to Dr. @Jack Kruse point about "science" not having the answers...
All (or mostly all) articles like this https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7182033/ end with how food is the biological determinate to programming circadian cycles. <- half-truth
