Weight training and one meal a day

    Hi Dr Jack Kruse,

    I'm currently having one meal a day at breakfast and wanted to know which one of these options would be best for maximising protein synthesis.

    A] One meal a day at breakfast and do the weight training session in the afternoon whilst fasting and without having a meal after the weight training session

    B] 2 meals a day on days that i'm weight training, One meal at breakfast and one meal after the weight training session.

    C] One meal a day at breakfast and carry out the weight training session straight after breakfast

    Just for the record, i have my dumbells and workout bench outside.
