We need a "Migraine RX"!

Discussion in 'Meet and Greet' started by Cpt.Tired, Apr 20, 2015.

  1. During the next Quantum Biological PowWow Q&A with Dr. Jack Kruse, ask him what he thinks about your need to keep close to the whole family in southern California.

Hehe, think best I do exactly NOT that.

As soon as we are more financially independent we’re going to move. Hopefully some little mountain area not too far from family.

True, we started looking today at tiny houses in the mountains - Topanga....

Also, blocking the WiFi, la go by TP cables for computers and thinking about building a faraday cage.... mitigation...

oh, and thanks for the recommendation, I contacted Marcus and we will have him analyze some bloodwork we hope to get done through kaiser and labcorp. Will post results as we get them done and try to get to bottom of her Migraine problems.

    thanks for all the input

  4. While you are working on your nnEMF mitigation, waiting for test results, etc.
May I suggest - Magnesium, it is a natural calcium channel blocker, blocks sodium attachment to vascular smooth muscle cells, increases vasodilating PGE, binds potassium in a cooperative manner, increases nitric oxide, improves endothelial dysfunction, causes vasodilation.
Vascular constriction not just hampers brain function, but can contribute to pain, like migraines.
What kind and how much? Magnesium L-Threonate 500 mg/day to 3000 mg/day; however, it is a stole softener; so titrate the dosage starting at 500 mg, increasing as she seems to "handle" it.
Also consider incorporating potassium supplementation, which is used as a chemical bond with magnesium. I don't have a dosage recommendation, potassium can change the heart rate, so titration is important, monitor baseline heart rate and see if it changes as the dosage increases.

    John ! Thank you!

    ordering magnesium Threonate

she’s already taking mag malate, drinking mag bicarbonate and spraying mag CL on her body.
Mag threonate replace or add to the mix?

We’re finding a small connection between glutamate (Thai food, sushi, white potatoes)/sugar and her migraines - Are we hallucinating? What should we do more off?

Thanks again!! Blood work coming in end of week. Marcus is looking at it too.

I layer TP cable, and put WiFi inside a faraday cage. Gonna talk to neighbors about WiFi too...

3 day migraine again. Hard for her.

  7. When she get disaster pants, you've over did it on the magnesium.

  8. I hate pain.
From a nutraceutical point of view, look into GABA and glutamate and migraines - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3451832/pdf/10194_2001_Article_11.pdf
To increase GABA, the nutrients to take are: Pyridoxy-5-Phosphate (p5p) and zinc (avoid - Aspartic acid)
GABA is both an amino acid and a neurotransmitter. Glutamine is an amino that is a substarte for glutamic acid and the neurotransmitter GABA.

Thanks John!! Gonna add those to her mix

should these supplements be spread throughout the day? 2 a day? Or 1 in morning?

She’s been doing 1 a day, except magnesium all day long.

Ordered the sertia glutathione supplement and zinc complex. She’s already doing p5p in morning.

    Thank you!!

Jansz and John, thank you both

I’ve added mag threonate, Zinc carnosine complexing and “setria l-glutathione reduced”
To aid GABA and glutamate problems. John was the setria the one you recommended?

jansz, should MTFR be added to this mix, or replace it? Is Both of them needed, or will the cheaper one do? (MTFR Only Is 2$ per pill...we’re tight right now)

Labwork arriving soon - would love to post it here too...

    Thanks again for the help!

we also (Finally) canceled her health insurance with kaiser. Their response was literally - take Tylenol and put a cold towels on your neck. - from 2 different doctors. Nothing more they could do. No bloodwork even allowed.

I am glad that you went with dr Ettinger.
Your problem now is to be able to listen to his advice.

Nnemf is what's wrong. You need to know the field levels of all your living spaces. 'Faraday' for wifi won't solve anything because any wireless device being used will assault you with 15k to untold millions of µw, not including "background" sources outside your home. Until you learn nnemf is everything then you'll continue to waste your time and health, sad to say but I see it here all the time.

DrEttinger Choice, the only thing we control

I had my first migraine headache at the age of 9 (1973). It was a 10 out of 10 and woke me up out of a sound sleep. There was no Wifi, computers, cell phones 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5G. 13 channels on the TV and limited AM and FM stations. Background nnEMF was EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY LOW. I would have many more migraines until I found the solution one year later. After seeing many different specialists, my dad took me to one of the only chiropractors in town. Literally after one chiropractic adjustment, I wouldn't have another one until I was twenty. At that time they were histamine-induced from lots of alcohol - we liked to party. I would get facial, chest, and back flushing as well as the headaches. This was not for lack of sun exposure or nnEMF as I surfed almost daily and computers and cell phones were still non-existent. I drove a VW bug, all analog. They eventually went away on their own and I would only have one more bout of them around age 30. Alcohol-induced, but this time it was from an electrolyte imbalance (dehydration and/or acidosis). As soon as I repleted potassium and magnesium they were gone. It's been 25 years and they have never come back.

My point is, there are humans on this planet, well at least one, that experienced migraine headaches that were not Wifi, Bluetooth, 4G, 5G, cell tower, blue light, nnEMF induced. Thank god I didn't waste my time moving to a cave to get away from EMF and used my human biology degree and clinical experience to handle my last two attacks of migraines.

    Moral of the story:
    1. Humans can experience health problems that are NOT nnEMF or blue-light induced.
    2. It is possible that a human can get better from a health problem w/o moving to a cave in order to eliminate nnEMF or without the need to layout on a beach 8 hours a day.
    3. Believe it or not, there have actually been people who have been diseased who have gotten better with diet, medications, supplements, prayer, meditation, exercise, rest, surgery, cannabis oil, and taking a placebo.
    4. Yes, in 31+ years of practice I have witnessed that the more one is connected to nature the lower the chance of disease, and the faster one will heal if diseased. And, the more one removes himself from nature the risk of disease increases and the harder or longer it takes to heal.

    @DrEttinger
Above is the life-changing post of yours. Highly helpful.
I do not have headaches but have muscle cramps.

I was scratching my head seeing the 1200mg for the first time.
Until then I saw 99mg pills only.
How occasional 99mg may help someone when the need is for 1200mg (every day)?
    This must be another conspiracy.
We had so many of them already.

It would help to make a list of reasons why one may mess up electrolyte balance.
Especially common reasons that may not be commonly obvious.

I admit that I am more interested in that kind of list then in having the best nnEMF detector.

You have no idea the amount of nnemf you were exposed to as a child. People have been assaulted by nnemf since telegraph was installed all over the world in the late 1800's. What relevance is your alcohol hangovers less you want to imply Gabriel's wife's drinking or doing other harmful drugs? Gabriel is still using WIFI and is obviously under the false pretense a 'faraday cage' is sufficient, please tell me he didn't get this idea from you.

I lost over 20% of my body weight in one month when I was 10, I was as close to death as possible due to nnemf, lots of TV, computer, and fluorescent lighting x-rays in my school and home combined with amalgam and vaccination poisoning. I survived but I never recovered until my early 20's when I had my amalgams removed. People who grew up with only poor health like I did have no understanding we're not well since being unwell, being all we know, feels much better than almost dead. I thought I was well in my teenage years didn't know I had serious CFS and depression. Before I discovered Jack I never lived without harmful levels of nnemf, especially the recent growth in RF, and I know now from experience it can be more harmful and debilitating than mercury poisoning.

I know you're unable to cope with the reality of global omnicide and you can continue to fool yourself staying in LA, but it's pretty unethical to be telling sick patients on Jack's forum to do the same.

I appreciate your situation and I'm even happier that you figured out the hows and whys behind your ill health and recovery.

Just for fun, here is another point of view. Let's take all the billions that believe in a "creation theory" by a supreme being or God.

    The Beginning

1In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

    And so on...

Would a God intelligent enough and skillful enough to create a circadian environment as his first step and have the insight to create perfection in all design be so stupid as to not have the ability of foresight? If that god had the ability to do all he did in those first days would he not have also placed within man the capability to adapt to the future? I think he would have.

The same goes for evolution. A species can and will evolve. The caveat here is that the stressors today are occurring very fast and evolution takes time for new adaptations to occur.

It's never black and white when you keep an open mind.

Lastly, for you even to even assume that me telling MY STORY had anything to do with Gabriel's wife speaks volumes about your thought processes ("What relevance is your alcohol hangovers less you want to imply Gabriel's wife's drinking or doing other harmful drugs?)
