vit D supplements in autumn/winter

    So I got my Vit D3 finally (longstanding order)
    Does it make sense to supplement now in conj with CT that I step up this time of year and a ketogenic diet in order to get vit D levels up ahead of time or would this be confusing my already confused body more?

    I did not do much sun this summer as it was extraordinarily hot and I burned myself twice. Incidentally those are the places that go most pink now during CT.

    Reading this the best way would be to step up DHA and water and hit the ground running maybe supplementing when the sun hits the 50 deg altitude level again

    You asked a good question so let me give you a more provocative answer for you to consider the implications: Maintenance of serum calcium levels within a narrow range is vital for normal functioning of the nervous system, as well as for bone growth and maintenance of bone density. Vitamin is in charge of this in the body. The signal goes from your skin through your liver and then into your brain...........When vitamin D is high it means your are resorbing calcium in your gut. Do you really think this is a good idea?

    Why might it be a problem?

    Consider modern diseases and their link to low vitamin D levels...............a pandemic.

    Well today 'emergent" diseases are becoming far more common on Earth because the mechanism giving it to you is also alien to our biology. The environment you live in today, is stealing electrons from these tissues chronically. Carefully consider what I just said..........non native EMF cause calcium release from bound areas in our cells and affect voltage gated channels and NMDA channels.

    We evolved in an native EMF..........so if you now live in a microwave that releases tons of calcium..........What would you expect the body response to be to this situation?

    It would feedback and lower Vitamin D so it would not resorb any more calcium from the gut................

    So what effect would taking exogenous Vitamin D have on this?

    Good or bad?

    If you are following me...........why do I use vitamin D has a marker for zip code?

    I would be sitting in Buenos Aires on some park bench, half cut reeking of garlic and onion with a half empty bottle of wine in hand, two halves of an empty oyster shell to boot telling everyone who did and did not need to know that you were all wrong about them Ca channel blocker thingies like quercetin. That razzaveratrol ish quite nice but you know. it did not help me one bit ,that I am in fact worse . On top of it all I did eat an oyster and it still did not work . ...:p

    Put more seriously . I would have put any EMF mitigation in jeopardy at best and made my problem worse no matter the time of year. as I would have been xounteracting the protective measure of lowering Vit D that my body had implemented . Inflammation ..Cancer ..
    The devil is in the details ... No more tinkering without more thought. If you can make it dont take it .if you dont make it there just might be a reason....


    Vitamin D being low therefore is not the problem but the body´s protective response when faced with non native EMF so low values indicate that. Trad response of getting vit D levels up to increase immunity ,balance hormone levels and what not result in failure if the surroundings dont change.

    For me -- this year - lots of beach time and outside generally - walking etc .....I was stunned to see my Vit D was down by a lot. The sun was much stronger this year - burning my skin ....and high EMF ....I don't stand much of a chance here.

    I am so sick of seeing all these patients whos GPs have put them on so many meds. its like putting out spot fires in the midst of a nuclear fallout...

    woman with parathyroid cancer, v v low D
    GP and specialist agree to put her on 3500i/u of vitamin D a day

    labs getting worse, lethargy getting worse, neurological symptoms showing up everywhere...

    it is classic EMF

    It is so... sensual? Maybe it is quantum magic? It tickles my brain.....!!?

    It makes every other forum / blog way too boring........ so I practically only read here

    we all need to love our bodies even more, to listen to it! Man, it tries so much to survive and serve as best as it can....:(

    Ok Jack - I'm following. Vitamin D drop in winter is a protective mechanism when bathing in Non-Native EMFs. So now I have a question - why is supplementation and high levels protective for some people and not for others? (I'm thinking back to a discussion you and I had about me functioning better within a higher range of Vit D than most ppl) Yet if Vitamin D drops is supposed to drop in winter but doesn't b/c of supplementation, the body would exercise another method of blocking calcium from entering the cells - such as increasing estrogen - correct?

    want to make sure I'm on track here following..... so if you're in summer hand have access to massive IR via sunlight - that expands the EZ you're more efficient with Vit D. But in winter with Vit D low, you need cold, NDAPH+ to activate the PPP so you can continue efficiency at the cellular level....
