I have been following Dr Cicero Coimbra's success with his high dose vitamin D protocol. He usually starts with a dose of 1000IU/kg body weight plus other supplements including magnesium and B2 adjust upwards until the PTH is depressed. He uses weight-bearing exercise to prevent bone loss but for those unable, bisphosphonates. He specifies a low Ca diet to prevent kidney issues. He does not consider the role of light and expects this to be a long-term protocol. I dislike the idea of long-term supplementation. Would light and grounding be protection? How do you handle high-dose vitamin D in patients or is it only very temporary prior to surgery? Will you comment on the spectre of osteopenia in this scenario?

Humans did not take any of this crap until the last 100 years. How did we make it the first 4-6 million years? Once you answer this you'll have your very simple answer.
