    Scary to read an article in JAMA that just came out - in the next 10 years Medical Doctors will kill 2.25 MILLION patients. That should shock people but the facts are swept under the rug. Only 4,000 people died on 9/11 but 2.25 million death is far greater number of fatalities. 3rd leading cause of death is MDs.

    Can middle aged men get melasma? If a middle aged man has Raynauds? (Is the NO being hindered by some autoimmune issue?) And spondililolethis (L4-5 & S1) ? and hearing loss ...are these linked? Can these be resolved with proper light? Or is the damage done?

    Dr. Kruse (or anyone else who knows):

    Is there an exact sunlight protocol posted anywhere? There's the Mito Rx, Epi-Paleo Rx, CT Rx, etc... I've never seen an actual sunlight protocol from a to z. I'm in Arizona most of the year and in northern Idaho for the remainder of the year. Arizona, for example, is at approximately 33 degrees latitude. I'm still a bit confused as to what the ideal times are. I thought am light was the best. This is new hearing it doesn't matter if the skin gets burned. In one of the forums there are quotes like "don't ever let your skin burned" by a member or two.

    Also, this may sounds like a ridiculous question, but what effect does looking into the moon have on your eyes at night. I was sitting on the ground having a fire for about three hours the other evening and when I turned around the moon was very bright behind me. It made me curious how that impacts melatonin if anything.

    Sulfated Vitamin D3 is connected to health in every way imaginable. Did your kids get some sunshine ☀️ today? It is also why older men get up to pee so much at night. But we like blaming the prostate on that but that is more medical bullshit.
    Today man rarely is in sunlight due to his teether to technology which brings him inside or in front of a blue lit mobile or laptop. This is also why excessive man made blue light can alter thyroid function in humans. People with tattoo's/clothing also hurt themselves because they limit how much sunlight can get into their skin and deeper layers where the blood vessels have RBC waiting to be irradiated as UVA light releases NO to get the job done. This is why most people who wear too much clothing......... I am confident in calling low dopamine humans in some way. They just fail to realize why I say. Low melatonin always walks hand and hand with low local and systemic melatonin levels because both are solar hormones made by UVA and IRA light combination found in the AM and later PM. Many papers have shown that glutathiolation (sulfates from cysteine think EE 12) of this enzyme protects proteins from unnecessary degradation by ubiquination. So the sulfur is normally carried by melatonin, may limit protein degradation in the brain. So if the melatonin is not present nothing get sulfated by sun exposure. What are the five main things sunlight sulfates? Cholesterol, heparin, platelets, DHEA, and Vitamin D3. This begins to tell you why tattoos and low dopamine are strongly correlated with mitochndrial disease

    When this process is broken, the result is low brain/arterial sulfate levels, while excessive amounts of metals precipitate out in our tissues. So when the functional medicine doc says you have heavy metal toxicity it means to a mitochondriac that you have a DEFICIT of sunlight for some reason and not a heavy metal issue. That is how a half truth leads you to a wallet biopsy for a chelation treatment for heavy metals. I highly do not recommend this because I am a person who understands how the quantized process works in the skin. Clothing and tattoo's make this worse and lower the dopamine and melatonin levels innocuously as one ages. Precipitation of metals in tissues have the atomic effect of speeding up our organ clocks in relation to the SCN. This ages you faster. This completely ruins circadian signaling and speeds up ubiquination rates and increases epigenetic activation because you are lacking solar light to run that software program in your cells. Do not let your bedwetting males wear too many clothes or get tattoo's and they'll stop pissing the bed.

    It's my pleasure to be a part of this. I really understood your Vermont talk a lot better than just reading everything. It kind of put everything together for me.

    I've been clothes off (just a bathing suit) over the last 10 days after listening and reading your information in either the sunlight or the shade (when I feel like my skin is getting too pink or red). I've been doing what I can to be as cold as possible in the lake for as long as possible, but the temp of the water is probably only 62 - 68 degrees here is Sanpoint, Idaho. I've been trying to stay in the sun as much as possible and walking barefoot. I stay outside all day and avoid lights indoors. I've been listening to your webinars and youtube videos as much as possible with my laptop outside, but don't keep it 5 feet away from me. I try to lay on the ground by the fire when it gets dark.
    I also installed F.lux for my laptop.

    I also just got a quantum biofeedback report from a local provider. I can share that with the group later as well. I'm going to order a bunch of blood and saliva tests as well when I get back to Arizona next week.

    I have very low dopamine (I take meds for my depression), hypothyroid, I'm way overweight, I get very little sunlight (which has immediately changed) and was eating too many carbs. I stopped all of that 10 days ago when I came on vacation and have reading everything you are stating. I think you are 100% correct, because everything you describe that can go wrong with a person is happening to me. So thank you for what you are doing.

    Wow thank you ,,This validates my own circumstances I use to get up 5 time a night too pee .Since implementing morning sunlight religiously for the past 10 months I only get up once a night to Pee and my sleep is much deeper and rejuvenating :):):)

    I am buying a home in Sandpoint to come here for the summers and maybe a week or two in the winter. I used to own a home here for about 7 years as a second home. I live in Scottsdale, Arizona and have for 30 years. I've always had a hard time in the sun and would stay indoors and do most of my work from my phone or laptop. You will be happy to know I ordered my 23 and me test this am so I'm ahead of you! I'm going to do the micronutrients test and the fats test when I get back. If there's anything else you think I should order, I'll do it. I'll also get my labs, although I'm not sure which ones to get since there are so many.

    So curious about this, my little girl has some pink clothes. I often wondered about the difference between the pinks and reds she wears and the blues her brother wears...

    Jack, would love your opinion on a mitochondriac with tattoos... I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but some of us got the tattoos long before becoming a mitochondriac. If I have signs of a good redox potential, and am religious with my AM sunlight, grounding & CT, as well as epi-paleo diet and unfluoridated water, is there anything more that should be done to optimize myself considering I have 2 tattoos on my body? Leave them alone and carry on?

    Where you close to Fountain Hills or the airport in AZ John? And you mentioned a lot of indoors work on laptop what do you do. Aso any issues with your eye sight? Tell me more about your mom and granmother. You might want to put this all in a journal instead of here.
