    1. Where do I go about finding/reading the documented (phase) velocity of light in EZ water?
    2. If a neutrino tore on through EZ at faster than the (phase) velocity of light would it produce something other than the expected Cerenkov radiation?

No one knows the answer because no one has done the experiment. I asked Pollack to do it and he seemed uninterested.

Neutrinos travel at the speed of light.....not above it. In a medium no one knows what they do because they barely interact with any type of matter.
