Are varicose veins during pregnancy caused by lack of NO due to lack of sunlight? Asking for my sister.. she’s in a lot of pain from them in her second pregnancy! What would help?

Only a doctor can answer this question exactly.

My wife also had varicose veins during pregnancy. Evening walks helped her a lot. She also had very frequent spasms. We could not understand the cause of these spasms for a long time, and the doctor said that this was normal and would pass soon. It's quite strange because I don't see anything normal in putting up with it.
We had to independently calculate the cause of these spasms. Then on mother.com, we found an excellent article about spasms in pregnant women. This article helped us to determine the cause of these spasms.
I do not know how decent it is to say, but spasms occurred after each sexual intercourse.
Also, on this site, we found good tips on how to get rid of cramps.
Try to look for tips from varicose veins. Maybe you will find something.
