Hi Jack and the rest of the wonderful people who contribute to this forum,

I have joined this forum yesterday although I have been following Jack and listening to his podcasts and changing my environment based on the principles and advices he has given over the years.

A little about me, and why I am here:

I am 32 years old, Iranian decent, and living in Sydney Australia.

I was diagnosed with bilateral anterior uveitis 11 years ago and as a result of using the steroid eye drops, I had to have a cataract operation done on 1 eye 2 years ago.
I have been told I would need to also do the 2nd eye as my vision is getting cloudier everyday.
I also get increased pressure in the eye which has the UV blocking intraocular lense every 2-3 months,

I have had many tests such as HLAB test which was negative, Tuberculosis test also negative, and ANA + which the specialist always say is normal.

    My daily routine currently is
an hour of gratitude whilst watching the sunrise pretty much every morning .
grounding at the beach every morning
eating seafood 3-4 times per week
using candles and fire as lighting at night
    turning WIFI off every-night
using 550NN blue blockers at night
I do have a computer job at the moment, so I use blue blockers with 450NNM during the day with frequent breaks to go outside
    Drinking RO water only
Cold therapy everyday sometimes 2x a day
Red light and IR light therapy every night
going off grid every week or two for the weekend

I also live in an area not surrounded by sky scrapers and several national parks and beaches.

Although I have seen amazing changes in my body composition, energy levels, digestion and more, the Uveitis still is still troubling me and I need to visit the eye hospital 1 or 2 times a month.

Do I need to move to another region of the world?
Is there anything else I could add?

I am pretty stressed out as the surgeon said they WILL NOT put an intramuscular lens which allows UV in and I am fearful of operating on the 2nd eye even though it is really bad.

I have read a bunch of jacks blogs and articles but have not found anything specific to uveitis other than it is an inflammation to the uveal portion of the eye (blocking blue light and NNEMF) which I already do religiously.

I am optimistic and am willing to do whatever it takes to cure this disease and live without needing to go to the hospital regularly.

Thank you in advance and looking forward to learning more from you all

    Thank you for this Jude.

Although this is very informative, it does not answer my questions.

I also do not see any details about reversing uveitis.
