    I don't understand what this means...Rx, what is Rx? Sorry I feel so stupid in this place.

    RX means prescriptions, medications you are taking.

    Thank you Kathy, after looking at a few I thought this to be the case, but wanted to make sure I was getting it right.
    I can leave that blank because I take nothing, not even panadol. Should I include anything natural I use on a daily basis.
    I use Cannopathy oils and herbs ;) for sleep & pain.

    Dx: PTSD, Depression & two others LOL, seizures 35 yrs, migraines 35 yrs

    Surgeries: t&a, tubal, tvh, toenail reduction,

    Current Rx: NOTHING, NO WAY


    Current Therapies / Protocols: CT for six months cooler pool temperatures x two + yrs, nude sunning x 8 yrs, the back neighbor planted several large trees that have grown big and tall, my 101 built me a sun wagon, barefoot x 10 yrs, using deodorant, stainless steel pans to avoid aluminum x 15 years, make my tooth powder to avoid sls & fluoride x 19 yrs, sauna to remove toxins x 1 year, CBD, MB, SKQ1, drinking 12 cases of Qlarivia over 2 yrs. Blue blocking for ~ 7 years. Using time and distance from nnEMF. Own a cell phone, but in car available to me.

    Health WINS: Been reading some Jack and more for many years now. Time to pay.

    Health Goals: Continue great health until it is time to let go, avoid doctors.

    Dx: Guillain-Barre Syndrome in 2002 (mild, resolved quickly), Myopia (-3.0). Running injuries: L hip, R ankle/achilles tendonitis (I think about Jack's torn meniscus, and what he said about Wolff's Law in his book--that tissue doesn't respond and grow to stresses appropriately if it's in a shitty environment.) I've run for years, and now not even that intense, yet I have more pains and limited capacity to run than I've ever had. Otherwise no other major issues that I know of--need to get a PCP but who can I find that will work with me?

    Surgeries: Ear surgery for hole in eardrum when I was a kid (got frequent ear infections)

    Current Rx: None. I do take about 8000 IU Vitamin D lately, would like take no supplements but we don't get much sun here in the Pacific NW! I have had no labs taken.

    Current Therapies / Protocols: I get my AM sunshine every day--gotta start the compound pharmacy!! I take Cold showers and do some Wim Hof Method with the breathing, on/off for the past year at least. I think my tendons need more warmth though, wondering if this is a way to help with my (lack of) flexibility. I also am attempting to eat more seafood--already eat Salmon about 1/week, but need to get better ideas to down the Oysters and sardines!

    Health WINS: I've learned a ton from the podcasts and YouTube vids of Jack, and I've started to have an understanding of how deep this goes, but I'm just beginning. Excited for the journey.

    Health Goals: More energy/vitality, injury free running as far as I want to, maybe even barefoot! I'm a physical therapist and have told my patients to get outside more often, especially in the AM. Many of the patients in the clinic have Parkinson's and other degenerative health conditions, so I really want to see more people follow the health model of water, light and magnesium. The best way for me to teach it is to go full out for myself first.

    I just started following Nov. 2021. I have been on different phases of keto/keto carnivore for 5 years to prevent Diabetes and Alzheimer's. Both very strong in my family history. I have very low leptin ( .8 non fasted) and trying to find out why and working on the Leptin RX. . Having a hard time eating before 10 AM. BHRT about a year ago, sunrise, sunset 3 months. Huge attitude and energy booster . Grounding (it's cold in Ohio) for 30 minutes a day. I am taking cold showers, building up to cold plunges. Hoping for better hormone status, better sleep, would love to lose 12 pounds & of course Alzheimer's prevention.
