any coverage is good, for any temperature.

I had a similar problem so I went out Tractor Supply Co and bought a 100gal stock tank and use that. hopped in this am for about 20mins - I would have loved to go longer - but work, and school got in the way....

Gretchen Tractor supply tub is a great option. I have a buddy who lives in NYC and put one of these on his roof and he uses it everyday because he does not have a tub in his 825 sq ft apt in the sky

Jmayer, you might alternate positions. 10 minutes legs, 10 minutes back, 10 minutes front. I believe that it is more important to do the back and front, if you don't have any major problems with your legs. For me personally, if I only had 20 minutes, I'd spend them all on my back.

How long does it take to fill it and how much do you use approximately?

My problem is I live in a studio apartment... no room for the tub.... that is why I ask people's/Jack's opinion on the vest option.....
