tub too small

    Okay took my first cold bath yesterday just cold tap water too start. My question I cannot submerge my while body so what is most important to soak legs, chest back stomach or should zi lay on my side please let me know, and how often should I be soaking keep in mind I only have about 20-30 minutes to soak is this long enough?;)

    any coverage is good, for any temperature.

    I had a similar problem so I went out Tractor Supply Co and bought a 100gal stock tank and use that. hopped in this am for about 20mins - I would have loved to go longer - but work, and school got in the way....

    Gretchen Tractor supply tub is a great option. I have a buddy who lives in NYC and put one of these on his roof and he uses it everyday because he does not have a tub in his 825 sq ft apt in the sky

    Jmayer, you might alternate positions. 10 minutes legs, 10 minutes back, 10 minutes front. I believe that it is more important to do the back and front, if you don't have any major problems with your legs. For me personally, if I only had 20 minutes, I'd spend them all on my back.

    My problem is I live in a studio apartment... no room for the tub.... that is why I ask people's/Jack's opinion on the vest option.....
