Tryptophan

Discussion in 'Ask Jack' started by Dave Robinson, Feb 15, 2021.

  1. From my understanding, the majority of our tryptophan is made in the gut via our gut bacteria. Does this remain in the gut or does that tryptophan also go to the brain to get converted into serotonin and then melatonin? Or does the brain produce its own tryptophan to get converted via UV light through the optic nerves?

Read the Quantum Thermodynamic series. I believe number 14 covers this topic in extreme detail
