Trying to heal my journal

    Hi
    I am just starting my journey. I have been researching Dr Kruse and the site for a while. I stumbled upon the site about 6 weeks ago because i was looking for biohacking an energy because i became very sick after I retained Contrast from an MRI and then got diagnosed with Gadolinum Disposition Disease.

    I had major dabilitating issues from one MRI. I was non functioning for about 6 weeks and I went to see a ton of specialist.
    That said there is no cure and I went on an information Dive to try to heal myself so i would not get fibrosis and end my horrible symptoms and I am now a member trying to learn to get my mitochondria working better!

    My history is that I have never been chronically sick. I never had to take any medicine for a long period of time and I never even took vitamins with the exception of the latest fad here and there. But now I am sick and I will do just about anything to get better. I want to get healthy because something must have been wrong with me if I got sick from one episode of Contrast.

    Here is where I am at:

    I called an EMF guy to come do an audit of the house , I gave everyone wearing blue blockers at night and at the computers( ie family) i really turn the lights on in the house.. you don’t have to in Miami. I have been watching the sunrise and grounding every morning, I have 660 red light pad that I use on my body. I have been trying CT,( I don’t think I a getting cold enough??) i bought the ddw i am waiting on delivery, ( i felt like i had to draw down on my credit line to buy it.. but i will do anything and I have been eating more foods with selenium.

    I would get a magnetio but my mattress is super thick I am so confused about the rules with it and I am scared to buy it and it will not work or I got the wrong one. It’s also pricy, but if someone thinks it will make a diff I will get it and I think I have to get one for my husbands side .. It’s confusing ..

    Meanwhile my brain burning Iremains my worst symptom from this toxic metal and while CBD helps, I know it’s not the answer.. but it gets rid of my brain burning enough for me to not go crazy.

    Also, During the last few months I had my dna tested and I am homozygous for the mthfr gene which may be a reason why my body did not excrete the GD like it should however it should be known GD does not excrete 100 percent and is usually left in the brain, Csf, bone and skin and it reaks havoc on your cells as it takes the place of calcium ...which you need to regulate the information in the cells..avoid it at all costs !!

    Here is my maternal history and mine I am hopeful for any advice and hacks to help me with my condition.. my brain is burning right now... ughh

    History
    My mother’s haplotype is K2a
    She is in good health however at 70 she has some hearing loss
    She has never had any medical diseases
    She thinks she may be getting dementia
    She walks every day A few miles to get her steps in but she never goes in the sun..ever because she does not want wrinkles and she looks like she is 55.
    My maternal grandmother died from dementia at age 78. She was born with a heart condition where she had a surgery when she was younger. She was on heart medication before she died. She was. Smoker until her 50s.

    My history

    I am 41, I am 5’6 and weight 141. I gained 6 pounds from having this GD experience. I can’t seem to lose any of the weight no matter how much or little I eat..
    I have always been athletic and in shape.


    1. Tonsils and adenoids out age 6 ( had a lot of strep as a kid)
    2. Allergies to mold, dust, pollen, cats etc
    3. Allergy Shots at 7 or 8... then stopped and had to start back when I went to college in NOLA I did a round and felt better and never did them again
    4. Struggled with weight always 10 pounds up and down ... was never far just obsessed with being thin.
    5. Struggled with depression around 18-19 years old for about a year and was medicated with Prozac for 6 months
    6. Diagnosed with ADD at 25 and started to take adderal ( stopped when i switched careers) living in NYC at the time
    7.Moved to Miami Beach at age 27 ...From the age of 25-today i have not been prescribed any medication for anything except the occasional antibiotic every few years.
    8. Feb 6, 2018, Routine breast Mri with contrast threw my body into a toxic state.
    Low blood pressure, dizzy spells, no pheriferal vision, red eyes, heart palpitations, burning brain, brain fog, I did 10 rounds of chelation. I had 5 tests to see if I am still toxic and I still have elevated levels of GD. My one symptom that has not gone away Is the brain burning.

    I will update more in a few weeks regarding the things that I am doing to chant my envioronment and praying these things help

    Welcome. I had a feeling you were going to be interesting. K2A is a very interesting haplogroup from Siberia. Your mom and grandmother SNPs are key to putting this together and so are yours. If you have a lot of neg/neg VDR/CBS/ and MTHFR you can bet cancer and neurodegeneration is a big issue. This also makes sense with the Gadolinium story now too because of your uncoupling proteins. While it is true that we learn as we age, the collateral damage to our psyche is that what we learn is quite disconcerting. We often realize for the first time in our life what damn fools we were before because of our own Dunning Kruger effect.

    regarding the magnetico .......you must buy one to fit your whole bed if you are sleeping with a partner. Contact Dr. Bonlie - they are very helpful if you have a lot of questions.

    what are you eating? drinking?

    Have you thought of going to the Yucatan for a couple of weeks and soaking up the sun and magnetism?

    I see the map. I see the latitude. They didn’t have light and they prob didn’t eat carbs. I’m confused a bit as to what i need to do to help my mitochondria based on K2a... any thoughts .. that place seems very cold! Thank you

    Hi thank you for replying. I will look at becoming gold but I wanted to search around a bit before making the commitment. I wil call Dr Bonlie tom to ask questions than you for the suggestion.

    I am eating mostly foods with a high selenium?omega three and dha... eggs, salmon, spinach, nuts, blueberries, spirulina.. I try to stay away from fruit and I eat veggies like asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower. I can’t really control myself but i seem to be unable to stay away from a few bites of ice cream at night a few times a week.

    There was a point in my life where I went on the egg and cream cheese diet. It sounds gross but I lost weight. I tried intermittent fasting also for a period and my body responded to that as well.

    Right now I just keep gaining weight no matter what.

    I am not great with consistently but I am trying really hard to stick to the protocols I listed above .. I am a bit obsessed to get better .. I can’t eat shellfish or oysters but there are other foods I listed that seem to be on the list.

    Do you have any other suggestions regarding food that will help me?


    As far as the Yucatán, I do have the ability to go if it will help 2 weeks are hard I have young kids. I might be able to go for a week if I can swing it.

    Good question.

    In my attempt of trying to understand and implement @Jack Kruse teachings:

    (healthy) people are mostly have their bodies optimized for their grand grand mother haplotype (and latitude).

    (Sick) people should benefit from residing closer to equator.
    You are already over 20 degrees closer.
    Short vacations to Yucatan area should likely be helpful (or would (possibly/ not sure) give you some input on how you are reacting).

    I reside at almost same latitude when comparing to my grand grand mothers. (minutely closer to equator)
    Spend one whole year in tropics.
    My experience was mixed.
    At first I love it.
    Latter I had a problems with day lengths and sharp sunset/dusk transitions.

    Good idea to get SURVIWORS SOUP (as a Silver I think you can get it via Parteon)
    Spend good time studying it.

    will gain weight.
    Solution = IF=Intermittent fasting=eat less=eat less frequently

    among seafood the oysters are his #1 mentioned food

    I have long standing relation with seafood.
    It started long before I came to this site.
    It raises my EPA and lowers my AA. (BAD)
    I do test my fatty acids.
    However after I have found this about oysters

    I am giving them second chance.
    They still have much more EPA than DHA (as many or all other seafood)
    but I am hoping that all those phopholipids mentioned there may be the real reason why Jack have them at #1.

    Note;
    normally Coconut Oil (CO) is a summer food.
    With increased amount of nnEMF I noted that @Jack Kruse is leaning toward making it year round/all latitude/elevation food.

    Emphasizing CO may help you with optimizing your weight.

    I’m negative for VDR and CBS in all positions and I have homozygous MTHFR (t,t)

    Does that help you figure out if I need to do anything extra special beyond the above protocols of other ideas regarding my condition and ie..

    Mostly people have reactions to lobsters, shrimps.

    I have questions about magnetico,
    that you may want to clarify:

    Sleeping on top of magnetico is good (mostly, there are exceptions).

    Spending time near sides of magnetico is not good.
    Think how far that undesirable distance extends.
    Think of the other room when magnetico is near wall.

    Spending time under magnetico is not good.
    (Think spending time on the first floor under magnetico being right above you on second floor.)

    I can’t eat shellfish for religious reasons not because my body can’t process. All shellfish, oysters and muscles are not kosher so they are out. But it’s ok I eat fish .. mackerel , salmon, herring...
