To what extent is Cancer Random Bad Luck

    This article says that 2 thirds of mutations are random
    Bad luck may play a big role in cancer—but prevention tactics still matter

    are they missing Doug Wallace's work?

    or more fundamentally Quantum biological effects
    A new theory of the origin of cancer: quantum coherent entanglement, centrioles, mitosis, and differentiation by Stuart R Hameroff
    Open for discussion. @Jack Kruse please shed some light wisdom. Is there chaos/randomness or are most researchers looking in the wrong place and lack an understanding of light and nnEMF's?
