Do whatever it takes to maximize your sleep quality. You should be able to sleep at least seven hours, uninterrupted, and you should feel rested each morning when you wake up. You should not struggle to get out of bed. You should not need a cup of coffee or a cigarette to function. You should not crash at one or two o’clock and you should naturally tire and go to bed at least seven to eight hours before sunrise the following day. The quality of your sun exposure determines your sleep efficiency and this determines the quality and quantity of your life more than any single other factor. Sleep is the time of rest built around how much outdoor sun exposure you get to pace your ability to regenerate. If you live indoors 99% of the time your sleep will fail and your health will follow. Daily sunlight exposure and sleep are the only things we know of in the published literature that REDUCE ALL CAUSES OF DISEASE AND MORTALIty. Let that sink in deeply. Across all populations, diseases, times, and places, the sun and its link to sleep efficiency are the king of the longevity hill. https://www.ted.com/talks/matt_walker_sleep_is_your_superpower?language=en

We took this picture yesterday in Wisconsin... guessing this is what 5G jump conduction might look like? Love the marketing on this too... “Quality Life, Naturally”....Seriously you can’t make this stuff up!

On the basis of total peroxide content, autoxidized linoleic acid... was more toxic...to humans
"The evidence is consistent with the view that radiation toxicity is due to initiation of chain autoxidation of essential fatty acids producing lethal doses of peroxides..."
FROM 1957: "Toxicity of Autoxidation of Squalene & Linoleic Acid, and
Simpler Peroxides, in Relation to Toxicity of Radiation"

If you really want to do something, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse......EAT REAL FOOD NOT MAN MADE FOOD. Simple axiom.

That Lead Apron in the X-Ray Room? You May Not Need It
A number of radiology organizations are trying to end the decades-old practice of shielding patients from radiation with lead aprons.

Maybe I literally just don’t understand how this could possibly be a good thing. We don’t need shielding anymore? Am I missing something?

Being EHS, this article is extremely disturbing to me. I would assume “they” want the shielding to go away so when people start to wise up that they are being 5G microwaved they will have this in their back pocket as a scapegoat? Maybe?

Quote from article.... “At the radiology conference, Dr. Marsh strummed a banjo and sang her version of the Woody Guthrie ballad “So Long, It’s Been Good to Know Yuh,” with lyrics like: “To get rid of shielding at first may seem strange, but the time is upon us to embrace this change.”

I think the.... “So Long, It’s been good to know you” song is definitely being sung to us. It’s like they are laughing at our stupidity. We need to get educated and wise up... they are killing us and they aren’t even doing it cleverly anymore.

Almost all the new 5G street lamps and cpmas are using 4G frequencies. The installation's pretty much complete.

Mitochondrial failure is THE KEY feature of many neurodegenerative disorders and something that must be corrected if neurons are to survive. Here is some new data on screening tech that might help us find new ways to do this! https://zurl.co/SXoD

Aifm2, an NADH Oxidase, Supports Robust Glycolysis and Is Required for Cold- and Diet-Induced Thermogenesis. What makes the NADH oxidase interesting? NOX's can make water or H202 depending on how many electrons they accept. Did you know that? In humans, cold temperatures and ketosis add electrons to NOX but at different rates leading to different biochemistry. This is how a small biophysical change leads to a massive change in expectations of the phenotype of the animal in question.
In vitro loading of the enzyme with FAD has shown in experiments a higher specific activity towards its natural cofactor NADH as well as different nicotinamide derived biomimetics. This should shock all the 'NAD supplementers' out there in internet land. Apart from the enzymatic recycling, which gives water as a by-product by transferring four electrons onto oxygen, unbound FAD can also catalyze the oxidation of biomimetic cofactors. In two-electron processes can be done and it takes place yielding H2O2 instead of water. H202 is a free radical that signals when water is not. Do you think that can change biology in a cell? The enzymatic and chemical recycling has been compared in regard to reaction kinetics for the natural and biomimetic cofactors. Within LpNox (lactobacillus species) and FAD, two recycling strategies for biomimetic cofactors have been shown to be possible with either water or hydrogen peroxide as a by-product. That should open some blind eyes.

When you check patient's fasting insulin,
on the test that has a reference range
3 -27 IU per millimeter of blood
what value you will consider optimal?

Five years too late Sheddie unless you live in a town like Inger with only a few hundred people.
