    Interesting hypothesis Peter.

Seems like people have major issues to stay disciplined... my bro that did so well now all of a sudden "eats anything". It is like people give up when just small hurdles come in their way.... why is this? Maybe.... we often also do not feel our "illness". Makes me think about me too how I never must settle. There will be still so much not optimal with me that I do not see... I need to search and search always looking forward...

I totally feel the healing forces in nature too Peter, and it has also been my place to heal - for my whole life. That is where I charge my batteries too
and Peter... I see so much mental illness too. Mild mental illness.. oh my it hurts to see. I can sometimes see the fear in peoples face/eyes so clearly. and a certain emptiness. It is almost scary.

When someone loose energy to the environment, the most delicate things like brain, senses and small details goes out with that loss. And yes, today i see this alot and it sometimes not scares me but makes me feel uncomfortable, out of place. When i meet people i need flesh and blood, not the latest status on Facebook or Instagram.

This word Chaos ....It describes perfectly what I feel and what I see when I go to Sydney. I become quite agitated and I have to go home

I am sitting on my balcony right now - even tho there is quite a few apartments close by - It is so calm and peaceful. I can see and hear the ocean. There are all kinds of mature tress and shrubs and flowers all around me - and lots and lots of birds. All the older buildings are brick.

This is a somewhat people dense area ...and yet it seems quite private ....and the positive energy is tangible. I have come to understand that it is the trees and the ocean......

The city is a place that depends on static rules, locked in energy and nothing natural. The buildings are static, the streets are of tar and nothing that was there from the beginning is left, almost. The modern town steals so much from us and giving back so little. Thats why we must compensate extra when we do live or visit that place.

In a digital world, what is left to feed on for a analog human?

If they search, perhaps the should look at some clues in the video... Elements, mostly natural AND it is not about the foods.

Am i living in a box?

I think it is quite disturbing to live inside a box. Now i do not mean the way we use this when we should think outside the box but the way we build things.

When i explore nature i never ever see the static formation of box, okey it can be quite squared but never locked up into boxes. Can this way of building things be one of the big errors of modern time?

If you place yourself in a natural place everything is dynamic and frequencies can bounce of into millions of ways. Trees never stand still, sea is always moving and wind can pass thru. When we instead place ourself in a world of boxes (houses), lined up into squared lines (town) we would get weird bouncing frequencies. Think of it as this, in nature you get resonace, free waves that do not cloth together in a bad way. Meanwhile in town you get so much errors in that sound, gets into a error, maximum chaos. Would this make us errorlike also? Is modern illness just waves that get stuck in us, we become errors in a error world.

It started when i was quite young, i hated corners in my home. I did even make something i called corner killers, i made them rounded instead. It felt better to my mind, rounded made the acoustics more natural.

Since i really do not like to clean my home i saw something else, i remember this clearly now. Dust did not cling on to the corners anymore. Is dust just possible in man made world? How often do nature get messed up with dust and other crap? This would mean that dust is something that is a result of our ways of being, it is near death stuff, maximal entropy.

So squared is out of fashion for me...

How cool. I did not like corners either... I use to mask them somehow. With big mirrors or palms or other green plants. love rounded windows too

    Pretty eye opening

    Catching a cold...

It is in the news every day now in Sweden. Among my friends, it is their reality every day it seems. Many have them for months now and whatever they do they can not get cured. But is cure the right way?

Imagine that cold is not about any virus, the virus is the product of the state before, and virus maybe just a name for something bigger.

Perhaps the feeling of "getting a cold" is information for you to act upon. The unit "you" is starting some old response that say that something is missing... Energy is lost, warning! Why do the symptom start in our head? Because the head contains the energy device called brain, and that would be a first to go when energy is on the downside. We get a swelling in throat and ears and that is a sign to act upon. The energy problem can be somewhere else but head warns first. If we ignore that scream for energy and enjoy company in a room, with others... Would the chaos in you affect others? Is the energy level in total starting to fall which makes it harder for the others to feed on it. You get a global energy crisis in that local spot.

You get warm (fever), you must chill your semiconductors but what do modern human do? Fleece hat on and down in bed with extra blanket... Of course drink a cup of tea and honey, warm... Yummie! When you should instead act on the warning and over feed yourself with nature... Sun in the summer, water all year around and cold in the winter... Natural magnetism for a day says the modern doctor.

So is the flu and the cold just information getting lost? Information in form of energy...

    After the storm...

Whole system is changed, nothing remains the same.

Living outside, in connection with nature, nothing is standing still. This weekend was time for the toughest storm in 100 years where i live. Many thoughts after this...

    - We can not hang on to material things
    - Life changes in an instant
    - Modern life suffers when nature roar

I feel like i am the only one not complaining about losing modern stuff today, i feel freedom when nature shuffles.

    Picture from my world today.

Wow, that was some destruction done. Do they go in and try to harvest the fallen trees to mitigate the risk of fires in the spring?

We always try to clean stuff up but i think sometimes that is wrong. We try to tame nature and that is so weird for me.

The reason why we clear it up is more the trouble with animals that create chaos in our local environment, but this is just another way of trying to control the order in nature.

We do not have any problems with fires in my region, perhaps we should let it be so we could reset nature with a fire afterwards.

Many see devastation today but i can not help to feel freedom and joy. Okey, many have lost their homes, cars and other things but not a single person have died yet. When we make our own world we get so eager to control everything, storm rising, we loose that.

My idea of not living in a static world makes more sense today, wherever i lay my head is my home.

    Obsession with manuals.

Are we becoming less creative? Do you ask if the "rules" applies to you own world?

The shift i felt for many years now has started to speed up, we make our world simple but in a stupid way. The last couple of months i seen this more and more, perhaps because i been so much in nature and little in the normal world... Everywhere we have big screens with messages pumping out, simple guidelines to almost everything.

Have been seeing that many nowdays can not fix a simple error such a door that is stuck and other things, what is happening?

I have been in some quite rude fights over the issue health, many tend to hook up with me in that subject but do not feel that easy after a while, i brake rules. When we live in a country as i do where rules says that my own house MUST be built on rules that say, it is not accepted with cold and drag inside, you will not get permitted to build that way, i feel more off than ever.

Had a fight with some yoga gurus that where angry because i did not see the meaning with Bikram yoga in Sweden in december, i said my yoga is to be free in the cold when it is cold outside.

A specialist in gait and posture called me insane because i looked for "the music" in how people move and from that could pinpoint that a girl had been in a car accident ten years ago while he only looked at the sore back and hip.

All of this is now my fuel to even more stand out and brake the rules, re write the manual. Just as in many things in semiconduction, the complete negative (for most thinkings) is often right...

Started to play music, have never ever been able to read notes but i do not like them either. I just play the black keys on the piano, sitting for hours just listening to how everything is building up inside me... Fixed an old guitar, just letting go.

Everything IS not made yet, everthing is not fixed in rules because we have forgotten a simple one. Just what you thought was right is not always that a second later, the world changes and with it, the rules and the manual.

Prana is the basic unit of the whole of life. Rocks, trees, birds, man, God, everything is a
manifestation of prana, on different levels, on different understandings, on different integrations.
The same prana moves and manifests as millions, as many, but the basic unit is one.

Unless you come to know prana within yourself, you will not be able to know what God is. And if
you cannot know it within yourself, you cannot know it without, because within you it is so close.
That’s why Patanjali could know it five thousand years before Albert Einstein and company. Five
thousand years is a long time for science to come to understand it, but they were trying from the
outside. Patanjali dived deep into his own being; it was a subjective experience. And science has
been trying to know it objectively. If you want to know something objectively, you have taken a very
long route. That’s why so much delay. If you go within, you have found the shortest route to know
    what it is.

What i really mean is that we must make something that matches our present field. We can not apply ancient methods to this wicked, weird world me made today. That is what i mean with the example of Bikram yoga in sweden in january, it is like Jacks banana in december.

What i DO feel we should do is look at the ancient thoughts and find somekind of mindset that makes us hungry for finding answers. Find the reason why they meditated, not how... We have to become our own looking, listening and interested unit that never sticks to trends, just make your own that matches you.

Let me give a simple clue on how i think about life...

My name on this forum is "prAna303" not Peter as i was named in the analog world. The meaning of my screen name is two fold.

prAna as in: the Sanskrit word for "life force" and so on, guess you all know this.

303 as in: Roland TB-303, a bass synthesizer with built-in sequencer manufactured by the Roland Corporation from 1982 to 1984. A quite modern thing that resonates with my passion for nightclubs, being a former DJ and dancing at clubs for hours.

The mix of both ancient and modern, something that has a mindset for discovery and ability to go deep into one single thing for hours.

The funny thing with the TB-303 is also that when it was made it did not really behave like it should, it could go mayhem and that is what many makers of electronic music loved, many times we have tried to make new ones with exactly the same components, do not work. It simply sound like it should, not going and braking rules. The components today is much more precise and do not fail.

This is my way to deal with the world today, we can not make just new things of old that once worked, everything around us has changed and me as unit also.

As I experience it, we are always creating our own path and tradition. All living systems function that way. Authentic "systems" only exist in the present as they are lived by individuals. I enjoyed your response.
