Serotonin is made from an aromatic amino acid that has to absorb light to be PROPERLY programmed to become melatonin or serotonin. How does it happen? = ANSWERED in the Vermont 2018 talk on Patreon.

what does an aromatic amino acid do?

What does the center of B12 look like in comparison?

    Anyone notice something?

How about leptin? What does its atomic structure look like?

They all have aromatic rings which all absorb light.

retinal destroys all photoreceptors with rings.

Figuring out how we really work in nature is not easy and is fraught with easy mistakes we can make. This is why the Black Swan will turn his mistakes into wisdom. He will share what they have learned so others who come later will realize the purpose of things as they should be in nature's framework and not ours. Our's is always polluted with biases that often are wrong but comforting. Reject being comfortable.

B12 absorbs all light and holds on tight.......Vitamin A absorbs all light and emits all of it when it is freed from melanopsin. Anyone see the problem yet why Jack says what he says?

Molecules on Earth do not have to physically touch to interact…….because resonance that uses solar waves to entangle and connect them. Vitamin A and Vitamin D are two such proteins inside of you. They protect each other from toxicity and they have to work together and be TIGHTLY CIRCADIAN controlled when one is altered because of a photonic stress. This is why man-made blue light and nnEMF is devasting to us. Melanopsin is loosely coupled to Vitamin A and when we lose circadian control retinol runs free in tissues to destroy their optical capabilities. Leptin and B12 are two of them, but rest assured there are thousands more. Vitamin A is the most unique Vitamin because it is the ONLY one that is capable of emitting all the light it absorbs. This is why evolution bound it to EVERY photoreceptor man has inside of them. The problem with the modern world is no one realizes that man-made light causes these two photochemicals to reduce their molecular resonance with one another when the circadian cycles that control each is breached. This occurs via various quantum effects when blue light stimulates the melanopsin receptors in the eyes, skin, subcutaneous fat, and skin arterioles. Technology screens ruin the solar resonance between the brain and skin to cause peripheral clock damage wherever that stimulus persists. DOES THIS MECHANISM PERSIST TO RELATIONSHIPS? IS THIS WHY JACK HAS TRIBE RULES?
Toxic people ruin Jack’s resonance in the same way. If you are not in the arena getting your ass kicked with other black swans, I’m not interested in your feedback on what we're doing. If you aren’t out there taking the same risks as we do, why do you assume your opinion matters to me? Whatever you say or think about what I say, simply does not matter in the grand scale of my mission. Those who do, have skin in the game. They are in the arena. Criticism? Judgment? They are merely words to those WHO DO THE work "optimal" requires. Black swan mitochondriacs, my friends, have a lot of work to do. Important and meaningful work for wellness and disease reversals. Stop talking about it and just get to it now. Black swans let what others say to be their business. It is not our business and has no bearing on our goals. WHY IS LIGHT SUCH A BIG DEAL TO PEOPLE AND THEY MUST GET IT RIGHT?
In my Vermont talk last year (2017), last year I showed a slide that said the human retina is sensitive to a lumen intensity that is the equivalent of 5 photons. Now we have this study that backs up the slide's wisdom: In just 15 seconds of bright light exposure, it has the power density to shift your circadian rhythm's mechanism and tell your brain that it's daytime. This is why there is no solar replacement at sunrise. In 2018, a new study showed it only takes one photon. Get out and see every sunrise you can if you are using technology or be prepared to be taken out by evolution by some chronic illness.

Scientific freedom can be measured by the number of dogmatic things we can walk away from easily without missing its comforts.

As 2018 comes to an end, Solar Minimum appears to be just getting started all around us and as a result, more cosmic radiation is getting into the solar system. This process has happened many times in our history but this is the first minimum where the cosmic radiations return if happened when a life form on Earth has added a ton of other electromagnetic radiation to the Earth in this solar system.

Cosmic rays are the subatomic debris of exploding stars and other violent events. They come at us from all directions, 24/7. Normally, the sun’s magnetic field and solar wind hold cosmic rays at bay–but during Solar Minimum these defenses weaken. Deep-space radiation surges into the solar system.

What does this mean to lifeforms on Earth who are already bathing in excessive radiation from blue lit devices, RF devices, and microwaves? What does it mean to astronauts flying in the ISS with minimal protection of the Earth magnetic field of the sun's magnetic field?

Those are people at the edge of protective bubble.......what about the ones who spend a lot of their time in the ionosphere where al this radiation exists?

Are chronic diseases being elevated by excessive radiation effects on ubiquitination driving evolution in a different way? Is this how the process is being driven on a "galactic fashion?"

Cosmic rays crashing into our planet’s atmosphere produce a spray of secondary particles and photons. That secondary spray is what we measure. We measure the radiation by putting weather balloons into the air and doing samples. Each balloon flight, which typically reaches an altitude greater than 100,000 feet, gives us a complete profile of radiation from ground level to the stratosphere. The sensors sample energies between 10 keV and 20 MeV, spanning the range of medical X-ray machines, airport security devices, and “killer electrons” in Earth’s radiation belts.

Who should care about all this? We all should because it is a lesson and model for what 5G will be doing to life forms on Earth. Life forms that spend a lot of their time in the ionosphere will be the NEWEST canary in the coal mine for the Black Swan mitochondriac to thin slice what likely will happen.

For starters, anyone who flies a lot. So business travelers top my list. Pilots and stewardess come next. This is why I pay attention to space and airforce activities. They are where I go to understand the leading edge of quantum biologic lessons.

Cosmic radiation at aviation altitudes is typically 50 times that of natural sources at sea level. Pilots are classified as occupational radiation workers by the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) and, according to a recent study from researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health. Here is the study......

In fact, flight attendants face an elevated risk of cancer compared to members of the general population. As you know I believe cancer is a mtDNA problem related to defective or up regulated ubiquitination that is usually linked to defects in methylation tied to free retinal in the tissue with oncogenetic transformation.

In the study, they listed cosmic rays as one of several risk factors. Weather and climate may also be affected, with some research linking cosmic rays to the formation of clouds and lightning. We know that electromagnetic radiation affects water vapor in clouds. Finally, there are studies (one recently published in Nature here: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-018-20932-x) asserting that heart rate variability and cardiac arrhythmias are affected by cosmic rays in some populations.

I find it ironic, the same thing occurs with manmade radiations now used in modern networks. These links are powerful lessons for Black Swans in training. If true, it means the effects reach all the way to the ground where the rest of us are in "different kind of radiation soup" on the surface.

Black swans are autodidacts. Autodidacts prefer to teach themselves what they perceive is important. Often the paradigm beliefs are set aside and they begin to explore this line of thinking because it diverges from dogmatic beliefs. Black Swan creativity is a thinking process that permits people to perceive old ideas and new ideas in original and novel ways in order to see things that others just do not see yet, or often are incapable of seeing because their current beliefs have frozen their ability to think based around the educational dogma.

Dr. Tony Phillips is a space weather forecaster (Spaceweather.com and Earth to Sky Calculus). His work with these balloons has shown us that the radiation belts in certain states has radically changed. This means the divergent thinkers better pay attention to these states who have both excessive cosmic radiation and 5G radiations simultaneously. This is where new data and change will reside.

Since 2015, Dr. Phillips has been monitoring X-rays, gamma-rays and neutrons in the stratosphere–mainly over central California, but also in a dozen other states (NV, OR, WA, ID, WY, KS, NE, MO, IL, ME, NH, VT). There is a deeper lesson too. Everywhere they have have been there's been an upward trend in radiation–ranging from +20% in central California to +33% in Maine. This trend is something I'd suggest all of you Black Swan in training follows. The latest points, circled in red, were gathered during a recent ballooning campaign in August-October 2018 tracking space weather radiations.

I fully expect in all these states massive swings in dopamine and melatonin should be fully expected..........in life forms that live in and fly to and from and in these regions often.

what about a new design to incubators used in the NICUs ? An incubator that submerses the preemies in amniotic fluid. Plus no blue light like the current models use. Looks interesting and a better idea??

Jack - I'm newly learning - I live a few hours inland and north of San Francisco 38.6785° N, 121.7733° W 30 miles or so away from Sacramento in a farming town of 60k people, Woodland CA. And I'd like to stay here - it ticks some good boxes - no fluoride in the municipal water, 265 days of sun this year, temps I like and I can eat 80% or so local organic for much of the year (I get the eat in season reasoning but why it's not 'all that'). Is there hope for me to lessen the 5G effect here? Or do my husband and I have to move to, say, Belize? I am quite ill at the moment with anemia, bad lungs from bronchiectasis/ gram neg bacteria MAI (and other stuff). We rent so we could move... Jack, I really want to heal - what do I do to get a consult?

  8. Good afternoon Dr. Kruse,
I am presently travelling to 6N at 8500 ft elevation in the hopes of topping off on photons. In light of above mentioned increase of radiation, do you suggest limiting sun exposure.
    Thank you

My November 2018 webinar will fully explain this thread from my forum. High oxalate testing is a sign on an OAT test that the environment you are in is harming the colony of mitochondria inside of you in ways most of you cannot fathom. My members have been on this journey for ten years but the explanations linking things is now heating up. For those who want to go deeper into the Black Swan perspective of why freed Vitamin A from melanopsin is the key step for mitochondrial failure and its gut manifestations via the Bazan effect you might want to have a have a look at it on Patreon if you are a non-member. We'll have an Ala carte price for this eye-opening webinar. For members, it is free. It should be released today. The thesis is now complete to explain these phenomena that now frequently occur on the planet's surface because of how many have usurped the sun and replaced it with other parts of the electromagnetic spectrum. https://forum.jackkruse.com/index.php?threads/oxalates-high-levels-on-oats-test.21169/#post-240268

Next blog in the Quantum Thermodynamic series is now live. QT#22 finishes the thesis I raised in my book, The Epi-Paleo Rx, on Amazon. For those of you who read the book, you got the basics of how leptin biology causes disease but you never got the precise mechanism. Well, I could not give it to you way back then because the key stimulus causing the thermodynamic problem with leptin was not identified in the subcutaneous fat until December 2017. Today, that all changes. If you read the book and enjoyed it, you'll get a lot of insight in this one. It is a blog that will be appearing in my unreleased follow-up book on quantum biology of leptin signaling. If you chose, you can now read that early release here today. The Vermont 2018 1.5 hour Q & A was released on Patreon for Black Friday. If you enjoyed the Vermont 2018 lecture you might like to add this to your library of quantum knowledge.
There is a deep connection between thermodynamics in biology and the processing of energy and information. This process begins in the skin and this biophysical process will be explored and examined. In 2016 Jack came to Nourish Vermont and explained how food can only be understood via photosynthesis. Last year he showed us obesity begins in the eye and not with foods of exercise. All of these things tie light, water, and magnetism the computations that mitochondria must make. What stands between the sun and our mitochondria? The skin. Do nature and biology add lipid droplets to our skin to create a laser that changes sunlight into coherent light that activates programs in our subcutaneous fat? Learn how the skin works with the sun and mitochondria in a wireless fashion to build wellness within. https://www.patreon.com/posts/22855884

️How does melanopsin, the most important retinal circadian photopigment, know to respond to certain wavelengths of light?
β-arrestins, proteins that desensitize G protein-coupled receptors, deactivate & regenerate melanopsin, showing they have a heavy regulatory role in the melanopsin photocycle.
This is how Vitamin A is liberated to release all types of light into the surrounding region to stimulate photoreceptor destruction. https://www.salk.edu/news-release/why-screen-time-can-disrupt-sleep/
