    TODAY's FIRST LESSON: How to properly vet autoimmune experts: The skin is the largest organ in man. It is loaded with melanopsin and so are the arterioles embedded in it. So when man lives under the power of blue light instead of sunlight, what is the light stimulus message to T cells in the skin? the message is activation and it causes mobility. As they move the blue light also stimulate WBC's to make massive amounts of hydrogen peroxide and free radicals called ROS. As you can see from the table below the largest risk of the blue light hazard falls between 435-465nm which is right where all tech screen emits and is the absorption spectrum of melanopsin. As melanopsin signal goes on unchecked by the tech blue light what are the collateral effects since no red or UV light are present in these screens. T-cell activation, ROS, and hydrogen peroxide have no off switch as they usually do. What is the off switch for this reaction? A HEME protein called catalase. Catalase is destroyed by free retinol in tissues just like every single photoreceptor is. So if you are following along you might also realize that melanin in your skin is also a UVA and UVB, and UVC photoreceptor. You also know that the loss of melanin in the skin is seen in autoimmune diseases called vitiligo. Vitiligo occurs because not enough catalase is made to stop the creation of ROS and hydrogen peroxide in the skin so the excess of both with unfettered blue light oxidized melanocytes to bleach them just like hydrogen peroxide does to your hair. This causes pigment loss. This implies that autoimmunity of all types is linked to blue light skin exposure. So if you think eating veggies will reduce an autoimmune condition you are not part of my tribe because it is a sign you know nothing about the biophysics of light.     LESSON 2 which EXTENDS lesson 1: Man doesn't produce technology, it mimics what nature already uses......but his engineering and implementation is usually quite substandard compared to Mother Nature based on its harm to living things because he subtracts out red and purple light while adding in way too much blue light. Mother Nature is far better at getting the light recipe correct with respect to living cells being powered wirelessly by the sun's spectrum. Blue is never alone without the red to protect us in sunlight and this unopposed blue light man favors causes modern diseases as the paper shows. Immune cell activation in sunlight is done by a controlled dose of blue light in the spectrum. What controls the effect of blue? Red light does. Red light is the built-in antidote of blue light. What happens to T cells when they are placed in a modern man-made lit environment? They get unopposed activation and this leads to retinal damage in these immune cells. This is why Jack always tells people with T-cell disorders they suffer from melanopsin dysfunction.

    Cytochrome c (CCP) is a multifunctional hemoprotein that creates the free radical H202 signal. It has long been assumed (wrongly) that CCP activity detoxifies mitochondrial H2O2 because of the efficiency of this activity in vitro. However, recent data has found that a large pool of Ccp1 exits the mitochondria of respiring cells. That cause big-time trouble for T cell actions in the skin.

    When this happens oxygen is stolen from the mitochondria and it changes ELF-UV from skin cells and leads to many immune-mediated diseases.

    We know from van Wijk’s book and Popp’s experiments that ELF-UV light cannot be made without oxygen. So what happens to skin irradiated chronically in a blue light environment?
    1. Retinol become unbound and destroys all photoreceptors in this area.
    2. As oxygen drops so will catalase. Catalase is another heme photoreceptor protein that strips a hydrogen from H202 to detoxify it.
    3. Catalase is a common enzyme found in nearly all living organisms exposed to oxygen such as bacteria, plants, and animals. It catalyzes the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen. It is a very important enzyme in protecting the cell from oxidative damage by reactive oxygen species (ROS).
    4. T-Cells are the key player in autoimmune conditions. We've known this since 2003. In 2016 we found out how blue light cause T cell motility. We now have all the pieces to explain the basic mechanism to all autoimmune diseases and why it is linked to the blue hazard.
    5. Autoreactive T lymphocytes are key players in autoimmune diseases. They can act both as regulatory and effector cells. Various animal models have been used in the literature to show that the transfer of autoreactive T cells is sufficient to induce a model of an autoimmune disease. Can chronic idiopathic demyelinating polyneuropathy be explained by the blue light hazard via retinal ability to hypermethylate and cause melanopsin damage in blood vessels?     The infant gets the microbiome from the environmental stimuli. Their blue-lit and nnEMF parents are the seed organisms where the microbiome comes from. If the parents do not do nature we should expect to see the same epigenetic effects in a young child. DO WE? Yes, the data is there but dogma in the microbiome world is muddying the water of causation toward food and away from the light people live under. Gut microbiome composition at age 2 was able to predict obesity at age 12 suggesting the gut microbiome may play an early role in promoting obesity. Why is this? Jeff Leach's work/data on the Hadza published in 'Science' is leading me to believe it is all about the light and not much about the food and this is why the microbiome researchers are fumbling the data.     The story of the Red Pill is an interesting one.
    It is amusing to be accused of having a closed mind when what got me here, in the biophysics world, was having an open one. I was willing to explore a hypothesis that seemed absurd but proved to be more correct than the paradigms I learned in medical school and residency. So I changed my mind when I found new data. Now I get accused of being close-minded by those who won't open their own mind to new data.

When you change your point of view on things it allows a different perception of the same subject while enabling a plethora of new attributes, hidden away from your perception in the "old, conservative" point of view.

    You must allow yourself the luxury of a changed point of view. You might learn surprising things about the subject you study so meticulously.

    It's up to you. No one else, but you.

    Here is another example of why cancer will never be solved by the current paradigm. They are using technology to focus on the wrong genome.     When you do not know the etiology of chronic diseases you believe doing something is better than nothing. I believe this study will be used in the future to control healthcare practitioners and drive patients even more crazy by limiting their choices to physicians who fall in line with papers like this that do not focus on the real problem. I think this is good news for mitochondriac clinicians and bad news for the public who are not Black swans. This will push many patients to cash only providers. This will make it even more risky for the obedient idiot public who have no skin in their own game. The collateral damage from this in a blue-lit 5 G world will be astounding.
