I would like to start here a thread on th1 shift. It would be great to know if anyone of you is dealing with it, the strategies you pursue and the success/experience you made.

Caroline, th1 shift in your immune system. Meaning that your body is producing mainly cytotoxic immune response. normally there is a longtemr bLance between the th1 (cytotoxic) and th2 (antibody) response of your immune system. Cytotoxic response is used to fight intracellular parazites (viruses, bugs like chlamydium, mycoplasma, borrelia etc.) and antobodies are used to attack cellular parazites (anything else starting by the prokaryota till visible parazites).
