Tension in the solar plexus area

Discussion in 'Ask Jack' started by Arborescence, Jul 18, 2015.

  1. Hi Jack,

I wanted to know what you can say about a tension in the solar plexus area, could it be the vagus nerve, a dysbiosis or leaky gut?
It has been improving slightly since I'm following your teachings but I still feel some tension, even in the heart area, I believe that it is linked to my spasmophily and crampings. Any insights on this please?

    Thank you very much :).

vagus no........vagus motor function is limited to small muscles of swallowing and speech. solar plexus is a garbage pail term.........your rectus is more accurate.

tensions in the heart are bad environment with not enough DHA and chronic stressors lowering your redox reserve.
