Tall and thin

    Hello
    I wonder if anyone can advise, our 5 year old boy is very tall for his age and with that he looks quite thin, he sees every sunrise, sunset, grounds, swims in the sea, never sees blue light after dark, he eats seafood, cured meat etc, what can we do to help him fill out a bit? Thanks
