    Hi Jack

I was wondering whether swimming in cold water would be effective for CT and for fat loss. I have been doing CT and enjoy it but would love to get into cold water swimming. My main goal is great body composition.

    Thanks Jack

I am doing this and it is invigorating. It also helps with submersion. Getting your whole body under water can be fun and may be helpful for CT. I take a break from swimming laps or under water and release enough oxygen to walk along the bottom of the pool.
