    Live in Florida, enjoy early am walks daily with dog while wearing earth runners ( me not the dog) , lunch break outside daily, barefoot beach walks daily before or around sunset and relax on beach and swim for few hours on weekends.
    Work during week plugging away at EMR computer screen on and off during the day with blue tech glasses , leather sole work shoes
    Sit outside regularly ( in shade many times ), drink filtered water and lower deuterium icelandic or iceland spring typically
    Wear BPI 550 glasses every day after dark

    Maternal haplotype H

    Hashimotos thyroid using B cure 3- 4 minutes daily for 5 months

    Wondering what else can do to improve thyroid and the increase in HS CRP. I had stopped taking any supplements .
