Hello all, I recently read Jack's blog post on 'Survivor Soup', & was inspired to try it... just wondering if anyone has any specific Survivor Soup recipes they use & enjoy (with ingredient amounts, etc included) that they would share? Any suggestions are welcome & appreciated! Thanks!

Take bones: roast them for 20 minutes (350)
cover with R/O water in a crockpot - add celery/onion/leek greens/turmeric/celery seed/carrots/oregano/rosemary/thyme/bay leaf/3 tbl apple cider vinegar/salt and pepper - I usually leave it cooking for 24 hours on low in the electric slow cooker/crock pot - then, I add onions and any kind of seaweed - I seem to be favoring konbu and wakame these days - saute it and add a couple cups of broth and drink the soup - so yum:) Great for collagen BTW:) I also add mushrooms if I have them

Do you have a link to the blog post with Jack's recipe? I tried to find it on Patreon but to no avail.

It's one of the first 5 posts on there - the first one is how to build a solar callous... you can also add the juice of one lemon to a few eggs - blast it with a speed stick and add - slowly - the soup to make a Greek avgolemono soup - also yummy:)
