    Hey team.

    I'm from Sydney, Australia. Early 30s, male.

    I heard about Kruse's work a few years back, thought it was interesting but it didn't click. I watched the Vermont 2017 talk a couple of weeks back. CLICK!!! I was hooked, it resonated. It made me realize how much our biology has particular EXPECTATIONS that are not being met and, if anything, are being abused by our modern ways.

    Ever since then I have been getting to the beach every morning just after the sun rises, earthing and soaking up the light for a couple of hours each day, earthing (land and ocean swimming), not wearing sunglasses anymore, building up the amount of sunshine during the day as much as I can without getting burnt, drinking SP water, using blueblockers when on devices and under blue light, putting the phone on airplane mode when not using it, and getting to bed at a good time for sleep.... and I've felt fucking GREAT these last two weeks! I may be just placebo-ing the hell out of myself, but I don't think so :)

    The brainfog I would consistently experience has diminished GREATLY!!! In the past I would get super tired, drowsy, and really sleepy after eating: that is gone! Sometimes, like yesterday, I felt I had popped some happy pills or something... my mood was just light and happy. I'm sleeping a lot DEEPER.

    A year and a half ago, a couple of weeks after I returned from traveling in South America I started getting weird twitches in my body and in my vision, weird feeling of pressure in my head. I got bitten by a tick while I was over there, no rash from it, but these weird symptoms made me think I must have Lyme. I'd never had these symptoms before. After a few months of waiting and seeing them not go away I got some tests done overseas but they all came back negative (including coinfections e.g. Epstein Barr, rickettsia, babesia, etc.) which was relieving but even more confusing. Also, lyme testing in unreliable in many cases so that has always been in the back of my mind.

    Anyway, I've always spent a lot of time in front of blue light... I do a lot of photo and video editing (my career), and I had a lot of TV use as a kid, nintendo as a kid, computer games as a kid and teenager, lots of laptop use over the years, phones, staying up late in front my artificial light, using sunglasses, etc. I'm myopic but I don't use glasses for it. Ironically, I went to a local GP a few weeks back who quickly checked my eyes and was surprised I don't use glasses... he could tell with his instrument how myopic I am.

    I really think now that these body and vision twitches have a strong connection to dopamine. The last two weeks the body twitches have greatly reduced. Procrastination, concentration issues, lack of motivation, anxiety, social anxiety, etc. have all been there throughout my life. Even though I've lived on in spite of them, they've certainly had their effects despite eating really healthy and doing other things right. Something deeper has always felt like it was at play.

    The power of proper light exposure that my biology expects for proper functioning is now monumental in my mind. The more I read Jack's work the more it makes damn sense. I need to work on cutting out as much eEmf (I live in the inner city) and start CT, but I'm on my way! These last two weeks have shown me the potential of how good things can be when one is aligned with nature as much as we're expected to be.

    Do you know any distinct correlation between light/dopamine/etc and micro twitches in eye vision? (not in eyelids, but vision itself)

    Does anyone have any thoughts on my 23andme info? Do I need to be doing anything extra for the two standouts below?:
