    totally right @kovita :You can avoid bad food, you can avoid taking pills, you can avoid alcohol, you can avoid smoking, and you can avoid fluorescent light and enviromental toxins (up to certain point), but YOU CANT AVOID EMF!! literally you cant escape unless you runaway from the city :/ . Kinda sad that we should try emf filters or Ca Channel Blockers but theres nothing else to do if not leaving.

    I wont lie to you. Some times i imagine i put up bombs on every antenna of the city, and i destroy all the routers from 50 km around :p just to have some relief

    @Erik i noticed the most common place to place BTS, minilinks and other cell signal emiting devices are public buildings such as schools, college buildings, homes for retired, hospitals etc. I can imagine there comes some extra income paid by the compnay, but man, is this extra so big that it is worth it? The link between the articles in "normal" newspapers saying how hormfull is EMF specially for children and the fact thta the emittors are on the roof of the school buildings regulary (I see this trenad across multiple countries here in Europe) may be as well building for the next 20 years. As always people are not really able to learn from information or experieceses of the others, unless you or your children get affected, you usually ignore...

    @kovita anyway, you shouldnt be surprised that the government does nothing about it. Just think about all the lies behind the medical world: Low fat diets, unlimited quantities of toxic chemicals to processed foods, legal alcohol and cigarette consumption, antibiotic meat selling, feed lots, genetic manipulation of foods, toxical releases from work stations, "Stay away from the sun, it gives you cancer", "dont take multivitaminics, they can kill you", olestra, viagra, NSAIDS, neurological drugs, pesticide farming, poisoned soy selling, low-regulated medial approvement from the FDA, and so on. EMF is just one of the many...

    PD: Sorry, i didnt want to talk about this things on this forum to create controversy or to start a thread about this, or to be the enemy of the oficial medicine web.

    Lots of sunshine at the top of the mountains, even in the dead of winter....but they did this even away from the mountains too.....like in WW II....people with lung issues even slept outside, all bundled up.....

    Now look at Tensegrity 7 and see what I said the difference of sulfate cholesterol and Vitamin D3 was? Very similar to what Popp found in the carcinogenic compounds in this video and my current blog (tensegrity 14). Cholesterol, Vitamin A and D have to sulfated properly by natural sunlight to give us the proper optical topography to decode the sun’s messages in its photons. You, me, and we are optical filters of sunlight.

    I have achieved the #1 item on my Optimal bucket list. I have had formed bowel movements that completely evacuated my rectum. In 1955 I had a ruptured appendix that left me with life altering IBS. 59 years later I had what I consider a normal BM. I suspect most readers of this blog can not understand why this is such a big deal. But if you had loose and some times uncontrolled BMs every day for decades I think you would appreciated why it is #1 for me.

    I have been doing Optimal since the start of the blog, but until I stopped D3 and Calcium supplements in Oct when the #7 blog came out, and started the morning sun bathing along with upping my sulfate intake, that I noticed a change in my BMs. The last 2 weeks have been a new experience for me.

    I was not sure if this would ever be possible for me, but the last 2 weeks say otherwise. I am eating a kenotic diet with no dairy and wonder if I should include some Calcium supplements.

    I have a new signaling system about when I need to poo. For decades I had a sharp pain in my upper left colon, that caused a spasm and I had no control over whether I had a BM. The spasm was like squeezing tooth paste out of a tube. I always felt like I had stool in my colon. I wore a pad because of mucous and was never ever constipated. My new BMs have no mucous, no spasm, not much urgencies, and I have constipation if not enough Mag and C. Also I have not had to get up out of bed due to having a BM. So, if this is my new normal I am very happy.
