    It is reported that non-ionizing EMFs have effects on animals and cells. The changes they bring about in organic systems may cause oxidative stress, which is essential for the neurophysiological process; it is associated with increased oxidization in species, or a reduction in antioxidant defense systems. Severe oxidative stress can cause imbalances in reactive oxygen species, which may trigger neurodegeneration. This review aims to detail these changes. Special attention is paid to the current data regarding EMFs’ effects on neurological disease and associated symptoms, such as headache, sleep disturbances, and fatigue.

    Alterations in the calcium signaling pathways in the cell membrane are activated in response to the effects of EMF exposure. Experimental and epidemiological studies have demonstrated that no changes occur in serum prolactin levels in humans following short-term exposure to 900 MegaHertz (MHz) EMF emitted by mobile phones. The effects of EMF on melatonin and its metabolite, 6-sulfatoxymelatonin, in humans have also been investigated in the clinical studies to show a disturbance in metabolic activity of melatonin. In addition, although 900 MHz EMF effects on NF-κB inflammation, its effects on NF-κB are not clear.

    Childrens' smaller faces, lead to geometry playing a crucial role (everything in head/brain closer to radiation source + inverse square law), that means EMF levels are necessarily higher and therefore more damaging

    Is there information online that gives the complete list of all the cities that will get 5G, not just a tiny list? Also, could it be that all the towers that can be hidden as mail boxes or street lights or who knows what else are already in place?
    I sent your youtube that talked about tattoos being the canary in the coal mine to both my "kids", (50 and 52) many months ago. Did they want to hear this about their tattoos, did they even answer back. My grandson did a report of the problem of artificial blue light. I offered to get the whole family blue blocking film for their computers and i-phones especially because maybe his eyes were open to the problem. Did I hear back with a resounding "Yes?" I heard nothing. I suggested he tell his teacher to put f.flux on the computers. He did not reply to that. When my daughter and granddaughter visited me 2 years ago, my granddaughter's face was buried
    in her i-phone, she can't sleep and sleep walks. I have done what I could to offer my daughter what I learned from you. So, I do all I can for myself.

    Many of you know I believe obesity is an inflammatory disease of the brain that begins in the retina and skin due to melanopsin defects in retinol due to an altered spectrum of light that causes us to begin to collect deuterium in our retina to expand the choroid and subcutaneous fat. This is mediated by extracellular matrix changes in a protein called MMP-2. Once the melanopsin defect occurs the altered retinol proteins destroy the basement membrane of tissues to cause damage that allow deuterium get into places in cells it just should not be. MMP-2 has another effect. It changes the physical-chemical structure of leptin and these changes do not allow leptin to enter the hypothalamus at night.

    The same thing happens in out gut and respiratory tree too in humans. Where does a cavernoma (CCM's) begin? It begins with the light we choose to live under. This disease begins pathophysiology may surprise some of you non-Black Swans. It begins both in our eyes and gut flora. How does this happen? There are many ways to obesity and this is why variation exists in this condition. Suboptimal bacteria filled with deuterium which contain bacterial toxins called lipopolysaccharides (LPS) which are found in bacterial cell membranes. This is the chemicals that increase MMP-2 in the extracellular matrix. Since deuterium is an isotope of H+ and H+ is linked to the pH scale which defines inflammation you begin to see how deuterium is playing its key role. As gut LPS rises due to the deuterium in the bacteria and our enterocytes people get fat and get cavernomas in their brain. I have seen this disease many times as a neurosurgeon. This disease has been shown to cause a rise in serum leptin levels. Once leptin levels are raised high enough, it stimulates SOCS 3 signaling in the hypothalamus to cause Leptin resistance because of the changes in the leptin molecule.     Deuterium fractionation easily set this off and the most severe cases I believe are tied to deuteration of the leptin receptor with marked altered T1 imaging due to the kinetic isotope effect of deuterium on T1 relaxation. The excess deuterium destroys the short and long loop of DHA recycling in the retina and this leads to a slowing down of the circadian timing mechanism in the SCN/eye clock as the choroid thickens via the central retinal pathways. This pathway also affects the hypothalamus where the leptin receptor is located. The overweight seems to physiologically 'guard' their elevated weight once the anterior visual pathways and gut injury have transpired. In many mammal models of diet-induced obesity, leptin resistance is seen initially at and within the signaling through the vagal afferents into the area postrema in the brain stem. I believe the amount of deuterium clogging the ATPase is the key science is missing. This blunts the actions of satiety incretin hormones centrally and causes low brain dopamine levels especially in the frontal lobes where the anterior visual pathways have a great influence on signaling. We can see this in T1 images on MRI if we understand how images are made. Most radiologists and clinicians do not understand the deuterium effect on T1 relaxation. These things, along with the gastrointestinal bacterial/deuterium-triggered SOCS3 signaling, are all implicated in the etiology of human obesity. In humans, man-made dietary fats (deuterium bomb) and fructose (another deuterium bomb) are capable of increasing systemic lipopolysaccharide and SOCS3 signaling. Protein seems immune to this signaling of SOCS3 because animal proteins are naturally depleted of deuterium. This is why protein/fat and AM light exposure of the eye are keys to disease reversals in my Leptin Rx. In this article below, we can see how gut level LPS leads to another brain condition called cerebral cavernous malformations (CCMs). They are clusters of dilated, thin-walled blood vessels that can lead to seizures or stroke when blood leaks into the surrounding brain tissue. I'll post an MRI pic of it in the comments. This condition should be a sign to the clinician that the brain-gut axis is under attack BY DEUTERIUM and there is a problem in both organ systems that can lead to systemic effects of inflammation and mitochondrial damage. The most interesting part of this story is how there is an environmental link with nnEMF and blue light and the gut bacteria. The link is deuterium in all the cases. Bacteria can act like fruits and be deuterium bombs and not many people realize it yet. This seems to have been missed by researchers and by this article below. Researchers have been studying a well-established mouse model that forms a significant number of CCM's following the injection of a drug to induce gene deletion. It turns out that drug is also a deuterium bomb. However, when the animals were relocated to a new facility, the frequency of lesion formation decreased to almost zero because of the light change. They never made mention of the change in the light environment of the animals but this factor cannot be overlooked by any Black Swan. Endothelial TLR4 and the ECM MMP-2 stimulated from the microbiome drive cerebral cavernous malformations and I believe man-made laboratory light was the stimulus that really set this process off. It points out how a light environment can affect a process in the gut because of how melanopsin damage controls the peripheral gut clocks via the Bazan effect I spoke about in Vermont in 2018 in June. This is not a baffling condition to a Black Swan mitochondriac at all.     What people seem to not know is we have known that deuterium is very toxic to bacteria. So when they are loaded with it they die fast and then the deuterium is liberated to our enterocytes and this causes CCM's.     Was Uncle Jack correct in pointing out in a recent podcast that just giving a cell phone to a baby is akin to beating the shit out of a kid in a Walmart while the crowd looked on? Come on Uncle Jack, is it really child abuse? Here is a test for your poor thinking mind. Tell me what your reaction is when you see this video for the first time? Your answer will tell me a lot about you. Is cell phone addiction in babies no different than getting them addicted to alcohol or opiates? You do know we those crises too and both are made worse by tech abuse. Coincidence?
    I think there are very large similarities her based on how dopamine is created by sunlight and destroyed by blue light.........addiction and blue light with a lack of sunlight have a long history in American business. Every seen a window in a casino? Why are all strip bars dark and artificially lit and charge 9 dollars for a beer? Are strip bars busy at 6AM or 2AM? Why do shooting galleries for heroin look the same as strip bars?
    And it's sad that this problem is called "funny".

    THE REALITY OF SCREEN TIME: #5G risk is real. Blue light is more deadly for the unmyelinated young brain. More sun = more melatonin = less chance of leptin resistance. More screen time for kids = more blue light and 2g-5G EXPOSURE.
