Has anyone experienced this? I had many bouts of strep as a kid and never took antibiotics, or penicillin specifically. After all cardiology appointments, echo showed 3/4 valves had "trace" regurgitation. EFraction 65% but arrythmia/palpitations and my most recent exploration for post concussion treatment found an S2 split heart sounds.. have come to the conclusion I've probably got valve damage from beta hemolytic strep, if not others over time..

Jack how would you go about treating this? Or is this a consult question? Cardiologist refers to neurologist - neurologist is focusing on strep. IV antibiotics only?
