SSRI withdrawel "brain zaps"= low DHEA?

If I forget to take my Lexapro at night I can feel it the next day because I will get the classic "brain zapping"

    that is pretty well known.

But if I take DHEA that does not happen.

So this suggests to me that depression may be nothing more than a hormone problem(?)

Just sharing info for googlers looking for answers.

    YES, YES, YES

Many, most people after about 25yo are low on DHEA.
    To a point
    that LEF.org (Life Extension Foundation)
suggest taking 25mg/day DHEA and then, latter on, do the testing.

But DHEA or DHEAs is about just one steroid hormone.
It is much better to optimize
    Steroid Hormone Panel
For my last 20 years dealing with this personally
    it was a chore
it was a lots of (often wrong) guessing
    now
    just do DUTCH

I try my best to have everything in my body best I can.
    But
if all else fail I use supplements,
    and
do not wait to long using it.
    ..........
    I am hacking DDW now.
New Year morning, after 22 days on 105ppm DDW I got a positive break thru.
I hope it was not a fluke, it worked each and every day since.
It allows me to sleep for 6 hrs straight without bathroom interruptions.
