    Yes Dia;
    Thank you very much.
Now we can compare both lamps.
Usually the power is proportional to the area under the curve.
    What do you say?
Since I got my Red Sperti I am doing 15 min/day.
Very little sunlight now, short days + rain.
Wonder what I will get out of that exposure.
I am not taking any vit D as a supplement.

Hopefully the way I am comparing both lamps is proper.

You're right, seems like the power is proportion to the area under the curve to me as well. Good job on the diagram above

One way to say is that
the red lamp should have at least the same amount of power to create vit D
    as the white does.

Yea, for sure, and with more UVA, so perhap it is better to get the Sperti Fiji

    Good question.
Usually there is more than one answer.

Starting using a professional grade LED red laser (LLLT - via Solaris D890 Therapy) to help heal a neck injury from an MVA. Later that evening the area in my neck was extremely painful to point I was on the floor doubled over. The next morning it felt back to normal. But I had one hellva Herx reaction or what seemed like it from the explosive nature in the bathroom. Is this possilbe and/or normal for red light to do this? stomach is still a bit angry a few days later.

    I suggest 3-4 weeks, 3x/week
chiropractic adjustment (to a whole body)
from (hands only) type of chiropractor (that cares for a sports team)
    --
    that
    on top of light therapy
    --
I spend lots of time under
    one
RubyLux Infrared Bulb NIR-A Near Infrared ( 850nm)
    and three
RubyLux ALL RED High Intensity LED Bulb 640 to 660nm
    38 Premium High Intensity LEDs
    2.2 watts

Not sure if the infrared does anything
    but
used separately, one RubyLux shining (for hours) on my sore thumb helped a lot
similarly my DW used RubyLux under her sore knee (for hours) and said that it helped.

    No bathroom issues.

Yours may be from stress of accident (not from light).

    Note,
do not release legally anybody, specially insurance,
wait at least a month before you figure damages

At one point you may want to get lymphatic massage from osteopath (not masseuse).

Wonder if there is a way to figure out correlation between units on Y axis of this chart and Sperti charts.

Ultraviolet B or (UVB) range spans 280 to 315 nm
Ultraviolet A or (UVA) spans 315 to 400 nm

I believe what did it was vagal nerve stimulation - on the tongue via emg. Then vagal nerve stim via the rectal route. The sweet spot is just inside the anus and you can milk the prostate as it's nearby. My SNS was firing way too much and must have switched to a PNS. What a positive change now.

    Wew.

I'm interested on how you stimulated the tongue, would something like an alphastim or biotuner work?

  15. Hi JanSz do you know if ice on the back of the neck would stimulate the vagus nerve?

    @JanSz,
If you compare the Sperti spectrums to a solar UV spectrum, linked below, you can see that the Red Sperti is much more like the sun (vs. the White Sperti) in the UV range (UVB+UVA):

We are still missing a way to compare units on vertical axis of Sperti vs Solar.

Yes. I assume that the UV exposure from the Spertis, at recommended distance, is much stronger than that from the sun, since the recommended exposure time is much shorter.

I guess they have made the lamps this strong because people want efficiency, just having to use them for a few minutes at a time. But question is if this might be healthy.

You may also get a clue from the following article, where the White Sperti chart is included, with units.

From the charts you provided, it seems like the spike at 313 nm has the same intensity for both White and Red Sperti, and therefore you can extrapolate the intensity for the rest of the Red Sperti chart.

  19. Hi Jan
Sperti is running a promotion on their lamps and I want to buy one. Do you still think the sperti red is better? Thanks!

    Yes.
Please post the location (with link to it) of the new better price for the whole lamp and the tubes.
Wonder how to figure if the tubes are still good?
    mine is 3 years old.
    Used daily for 16 minutes.
    3*365*18=17520minutes=292 hours
