Smoked Oyster Deviled Eggs

    Easy way to get some protein and seafood in the morning. Just eggs, can of smoked oysters, lemon juice, shallots, dijon, hot sauce, and avocado oil mayo.
    1. Take 6 eggs and hard boil. Drop them into boiling water for 11 minutes, cool in ice water. Peel
    2. Chop 1 shallot finely, add a few drops of lemon juice, and salt to mellow the flavor (let sit for 15 minutes). then chop the oysters finely, and to mixing bowl
    3. Peel eggs and cut in half and add yolks to mixing bowl.
    4. Add yolks, a teaspoon of mayo, and a dash of hot sauce to the mixing bowl, salt to taste. and top the egg whites.
