I found out that apps blocking blue light doesnt block correctly blue light. Want to buy some quality physical filter preferably orange. Cant find any brand which is sufficiently doing the job. Can anybody share their hack to smartphones? Please help.

I don’t like wearing glasses and it isn’t just our eyes that need protection.... our skin is just as important as our eyes. I use these Rosco Roscolux Light Red Filters..... they are cheap and easy to use. Just cut to the size you need for your phone, TV, monitor etc. I purchase little glue dots and put in the corners for easy on/off removal. It’s a quick DIY and it works great!

Thanks a lot for the answer. These days not many people are helpful. I will try it. Wondering what Jack is using...
