That is a high level of attenuation for the price! I'd say you scored a great find.

I'm sorry, I'm lost... I thought it was good to keep your mouth closed when you breathe/sleep - in fact, there is a tape people use to tape their mouth shut at night for this reason... so aren't you mouth breathing at night with the snorkel and how does that help with sleep apnea? thanks:)

There are several types of apnea and apparently mine is mitigated by side-sleeping with the snorkel piece.
It holds my jaw in a position that helps me sleep. It won't work for everyone but worth a try. I simply had no other choice but to give it a try; some items are very hard (impossible) to find in Mexico on short notice.

@Christine_L @Dave Key ... Looks like it matches the UK one for Spec and has the "bloc" in the name, pictures are similar... Go for it - price is really not bad. Let me know how you get on.... perhaps start a new thread once you have tested it/ got results.

I just used it last night, in an AirBnb I'm staying in with a Cordless Phone (DECT) and about 5 or 6 WiFi routers... The Fabric helped, but it has to be fully bubble wrapped around me here to stop the episodes of Eczema.

The level of RF in the room is higher than my parents where the fabric only needs to be over me like a Blanket.

I'd suggest you, and anyone else, purchase a Cornet Meter for RF testing before and after you use the fabric... then you can really analyse and assess.

When my turbinates were inflamed it was difficult for me to breathe through my nose, and I breathed through my mouth, that made it very hard for me to relax.
Does the same thing happen to you?thanks

I have a deviated septum and the nose pillars didn't work for me. I have to wear the full mask with a CPAP

Cured my apnea after applying what I heard in docs interviews, became a monthly paying member since & note taking, backtracking on everything i've missed.
    Much success, victory to y'all

  12. Could you tell me which interview you are talking about specifically as there are 100s of his interviews to sift through? Does he speak directly to sleep apnea solutions?

    TIA

How severe was yours? And what etiology?!?

Just this last week my apnea seems to be gone. I haven't used the CPAP in weeks and was using my snorkel mouthpiece. One night a few days ago I fell asleep without the mouthpiece and slept as well without it. The past few days I've been sleeping well without the mouthpiece too!
The last few months, I've been using my fingers to relax the muscles in my throat. The muscles right behind the tongue cause most apnea problems and that's where I apply pressure.
Hopefully this is the end of my apnea.

Google 'jack kruse sleep apnea' brings lots of answers.
My apnea wasn't severe but waking up gasping obviously isn't good.
That stopped this year after seeing the sunrise more, eating more seafood, being outside more.

Q/A 9/18 at 2:29:00 on apnea, cpap machine use, do things to raise redox potential, that's how mitochondria repairs itself

Q/A 7/19 at 1:30:00; sleep apnea is a circadian disease, most cases are blue light toxic, nnemf related, rf radiation causes sleep apnea as per the ntp study, hire a building biologist, have a light/sleep hygiene protocol,

I've tested the blanket by holding a meter under the fabric, readings drop to nothing. Also, placing the sheet over windows like a curtain greatly reduced the RF readings from a cell tower in sight, by over half.
I don't travel without it now. It's my travel cocoon as I wrap myself like a burrito with it. (You must have the 8x10' size for the best coverage, and you may double it over while using it as a curtain to cover windows)

I thought these types of fabric also conducts nnEMF on the surface?
