    Good start.
Please describe what kind lamps are they (by giving link to the place someone could buy them from).
Specially, please, include in description the gizmo you got that holds 5 lamps in place (total acceptable power) (20Amp circut ??).

    My problem is location.
You keep it in the bathroom, so you have to use separate time to use it.
You are not going to be using it a lot.
I suggest location behind or in front of your chair where you spend lots of time.

If life had equations that governed it, one would certainly be

Night shift --> altered autophagy, hormones, melatonin--> altered heteroplasmy --> depression (regardless of sunlight)

Take out the middle steps to see the real picture.

Is this where it all began?

The more I study the more humble I become. Look at the dense information/signaling in sunlight and it's interaction through our atmosphere @Richelle Jones . I'm with you :

Would it help you if you knew that Light originate outside of universe.

No you've gone and made it worse. Now it'll be weeks until I'll be able to muster up pridefulness, arrogance, or smugness!

I guess when moving universes it's best to make like a photon and pack light.

Kratom isn’t technically an opioid, but its effects are similar to those of opioids, such as morphine or codeine.

The active ingredient in kratom is called mitragynine. Mitragynine binds to opioid receptors in the brain, relieving pain.

This action might be behind the antidepressant and anti-anxiety effects reported by some kratom users.

There’s currently very little research on kratom’s effects on mood.

One 2017 review confirmed that among some users, kratom enhances mood and relieves anxiety.

The researchers also highlighted that kratom can have sedative effects. Researchers have yet to examine whether side effects such as sedation can interfere with its purported benefits.

Depression... This is the worst illness ever. I used kratom. Kratom is a natural herb that users have found has some benefits to those struggling with anxiety, drug dependency, attention deficit disorder, and energy dependency. it was very useful for me. I personally used it. Recently, my friend flew from America and he gave me a set of different types of kratom for my depression from kratom shops. I was just in shock when I tried it for the first time. Firstly, I quickly got rid of back pain, and secondly, when i've started to use it every evening to fight insomnia and after 5 minutes of use I felt very pleasant weakness and fell asleep very quickly. So, kratom for me is the best tandem and fighter with depression!

Removed all plants from my diet, only ate meat, animal fat, salt. I didn't make any other changes, just diet. Depression, anxiety, insomnia was gone in 4 days.

I was eatin a clean keto/lowcarb diet, one meal a day for few months before. But it didn't do anything for my mental health.

There are several convincing testimonies for how Carnivore diet can cure depression (but sunshine is obviously important too).
The best story I know is someone who had severe clinical depression for 40 years ... in and out of hospitals, loads of meds.
had tried everything and he finally was completely healed by eating mainly ground beef and bacon (but less restrictive carnivore would
probably work too - look up Dr. Ken Berry on youtube). Here is the depression cure story:
