funny that isn't it..........I don't understand why people don't at least pay a little attention.

It is pretty sad that people don't think maybe we have some knowledge that may benefit them.......

Met functional doc. Last Tuesday Dr Tahir Syracuse ny
Getting blood work done tomorrow Monday
Can you believe saliva tests have to be mailed from out of ny state? Medical mafia at work.

Well I'll do those and drive to Pennsylvania to mail the kit!

I'm getting more sun. Had my first dozen oysters last week($30 per dozen!!) at ocean blue in Utica ny. My friend treated.

Still sending resumes and job hunting. I told my boss at the sleep lab I'm looking for another job.

Listening to pod casts. Dr jack kruse I appreciate you so much.

Sunlight & grounding...lots of it. I also had pylorouria (and shift work) and took thousands of dollars of supplements (and anti depressants) for a long time with no improvement. No more shift work. I now spend my money on oysters & seafood & non fluoridated water now and live at the beach. BIG IMPROVEMENT.

As @Jack Kruse mentions, sunlight is best. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aromatic amino acids (tryptophan & tyrosine) absorb UV light in the eye to produce the biogenic amines: dopamine -> norepinephrine -> epinephrine & serotonin -> melatonin.

Everyone I know who has suffered chronic depression seems to bury the sun.

I'm in ny state getting sun as much as possible while keeping my body on the ground

I'm looking for another job. Sleep tech is what I do now. I'm 54.
Today I purchased canned oysters in water. Fresh are30$ a dozen!

What do you do for your living may I ask?

Haha. well sort of. I was retired due to Huntington's disease. But I have used this to my advantage because without the HD gene I would still be at work and probably have cancer by now. I believe we make our own luck out of the cards we are dealt.

^^^^one of the smartest statement I've ever seen on this site. I've had my HD moment this week myself.

    I am done with call.

    More details coming.

Not at the moment but considering something like a 150W UFO Grow Light full spectrum (inc. IR and UV) and I have just set up portable heat lamps which I will post a picture as its kind of funky looking.

and I am patiently waiting on the Quantlet to be delivered!

but to be honest my strategy is to just be outside more during winter and cut out blue light during the day (Iris is good for that)

    Heat Lamp Photos
Iteration 1 was using an old CD rack and a 4 In 1 bathroom ceiling heater

Iteration 2 was using a more lightweight shoe rack and adjustable 4 in 1 light fitting

@Lindasmullin I was working a 2nd shift job, and that was the straw on the camels back for me. We can't trick nature, I guess.
