I am thrilled to be a part of this group and learning so much! My mind has been blown open and I’m actively sharing pointers to my friends, clients, and loved ones. In my first week, I've probably spent 20+ hours studying this stuff. Amazing!!!!

Jack says he likes to know who’s in the group. Here’s a little about me:

I become fully alive when I’m teaching. I lead combat veterans, athletes, and people that have undergone trauma through a sequence I‘ve synthesized including breathwork, movement, and meditation. Two days ago, I was working with a 12 year old that was abandoned as an infant on the roadside of Vietnam. Today, I work with a retiring special operator. I love helping people click into a deeper state of parasympathetic and experience expanded states of consciousness.

Besides the breathwork and body exercises, I’m now teaching people about the basics of light. Yesterday I brief some folks from SOCOM about blue light basics.

My day job is in cybersecurity sales engineering and fortunately do not have to be in Security Operation Centers often.

Mitochondria: My mom is a lethargic, narcissistic borderline from German blood but raised in Costa Rica. She’s a Xanax addict as I once was. My grandma was a strict school teacher who was alcoholic. Both have/had terrible gut issues. My mom is fat. I suspect I have the bottom of the mitochondrial barrel.

When I visited Colombia I got rather anxious. Maybe that was a big jolt of energy to the body? Bali was amazing though.

10 years ago I was on 5+ anti depressant, mood stabilizers, and anti anxiety meds. I asked my psychiatrist how he knew the combination would work given the massive amount of complexity in the brain. He gave me the best answer I could have asked for. “Well, Rob. Sometimes I feel like we’re try to steer a space shuttle with a wooden oar.” I absolutely loved his candor and realized there had to be a better way.

I ended up crashing and burnt out. I quit my job, went to India, and trained in different modalities including at Osho’s ashram. I’ve trained with Wim Hof and became certified. Trained with Klinghardt, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Elizabeth Gilbert’s medicine woman in Bali, Teri Cochrane, 12 step, Mankind Project, Shadow work, constellations, and various shamanic practices.

Now, on the side, when I have energy I lead private trainings and workshops for combat veterans with PTS/TBI, stresses executives, and triathletes. In the PTS/TBI, I’ve had good success in getting people to chill and sleep well by (what i think is) restoring their CSF flow with Himalayan practices like Tummo and some other stuff.

I have a gift to give this world. My magic comes alive when I’m leading people through the journey of touching their inner light.

Unfortunately, things changed a few months ago. I was hit by massive fatigue and brain fog/weirdness. Nicotine became extremely appealing. Sleep got bad and depression rose. I tested positive for a couple co-infections of Lyme and a ton of parasites. I have EBV, chronic strep, some yeast. I suspect my dopamine is non-existent. I’m being treated by a functional doc with miss/mte but unfortunately the IV tech gave me straight distilled water which landed me briefly in the hospital with hemolytic anemia. Anemia has normalized but I still feel weak.

    Heterozygous SNPs (+/-):

    • Maternal Haplogroup V, Paternal E-M34
    • 20% body fat
    • Usually not hungry and struggling to get 30 grams of protein for breakfast

    What I’ve done:

    • Sunlight and grounding is definetly helping! Bathing as frequently as possible. Small concern about mixing with doxycycline
    • Oysters and seafood!
    • Started cholesteramyne
    • Blue blocking glasses and screens
    • Started drinking Mountain Valley Spring water. I can’t get enough of this stuff so I ordered glass jug delivery
    • CT has been tough despite past experience and training with Wim Hof
    • Moved to the lowest emf place in house and keep WiFi mostly off
    • Bought smart meter cover
    • Started affirmation/goals

In the past I experimented with methylene blue but super confused about dosage so I stopped. Seemed to help a lot some days.

**Unfortunately I am drawn to vaping now after 5 years nicotine free. This sucks. When I take lozenges it’s a continuous stream of 4mg tabs.

**I was curious about MMS and whether it might help. Thoughts?

** How to support my healing and mitochondria.

** can I take methylene blue?

** Is moving to Ecuador or Bali the solution for everything? Would be great but then how can I help the craziness in DC subside.

If Jack’s listening, an analogy I’ve made is that the blue screens cause a Human Blue Screen of Death. It freezes up the system just like our computers. I use the analogy for the polyvagal theory too. (Polyvagal is probably crude and doesn’t account for all the modes and intricacies of the ans.

I don’t want this lifetime to go to waste.

I will do whatever it takes to heal and be of service to the world.

    Thank you all!

    Best places to move to?

    Playa del Carmen?
    Or population sparse areas?

I guess 5G is already in DC or they are building it out. Maybe that’s why I got sick a few months ago.

    Thanks folks.

Piecing this together in my head. No wonder my body craves being in Costa Rica and India.

I’ve sent some messages to find work opportunities closer to the equator. Body feels energized just at the thought of it.

You'll see mention of light, water, and magnetism a lot here. Oxygen is really important too.

Also this is worth a read:

That oxygen electron acceptor and the internal handling of oxidants is a big deal in your mitochondria.

I’m getting ready to schedule a session with Jack and getting a DEXA this morning.

HS-CRP was crazy high a month ago at 58.9. I think the combination of sun and cold bathing has brought that down a lot.

BUN/Creat is at 8.9. Pretty good I think?

Albumin is high at 5.4. From research on the forum, that means my blood is craving sun.

In one month my LD went from 313 to 176. I suspect this is poor redox and the Cholesteramyne. I’ve throttled back a bit on CSM and have tried upping my ghee.

With the storm almost no sunlight so I went to the tanning saloon and felt amazing.

    Have switched to spring water.

When I eat high fat, I seem to get gout like symptoms in my left foot. Gallbladder seems sluggish and a lot of triphala seems to help.

I am feeling much better. Cut out WiFi, as much sun as is possible, drinking only spring water, lots of seafood, lots of sauna, and more CT.

I found out the craving for nicotine and weird feeing in my head was caused by excess nitric oxide causing a lot of vasodilation. I also have very high dopamine. We used yucca and taurine.

Health and Light is an amazing book.

Hi @Phosphene - FYI. I decided against regular tanning. First time felt great when I did a mix of UV A&B around noon. Slept solid. Second time I tanned in the mid morning and didn’t feel right.

BTW, I went to a Korean Spa and got a scrub massage. They took off layers of dead skin. I think that’s helping absorb a bit more sun.

I think I’m going to try a little n=1 experiment in November and maybe December at one of the local tanning salons if I don’t get a personal light solution set up by then. Rural area but two private universities nearby so the salons abound.

A segment between noon and 1 of course makes the most sense.

I was supposed to go to a Korean spa near DC with a friend for a thorough sloughing, but it fell through. I’ve heard it’s a completely unglamorous process (which suits me fine) but transformative if you can relax into it. I make my own scrub with salt, coconut oil, and essential oils, but it’s just not the same.

    Right on.

Quick update. HS-CRP is down to 1.0.

CT has been tough. Figured out my omega 3/6 is off because of minor brain freeze. Suspected culprit is eating a ton of almonds which are sky high in 6. Cut that out. Eating almost purely Eli-Paleo and adding a bit of Flax seed oil.

Heart beat was fast. Suspected culprit was natural fall detoxification. According to Ayurveda the body naturally goes into detox during spring/fall. Upped my binders like CSM, Chlorella, and occasional charcoal.

Craving oysters like mad and eating them.

Getting Myers cocktails to boost redox. Doing a silent 3 day meditation and then headed to PDC for 2 weeks.

As much sunlight as possible and jogging to a place where I can watch the sunset. Overall feeling good

I got the ENV RD-10. Very easy to use and I’m shocked at the results. Alarm clocks, smart meters, Cel phone, etc all crazy high. Oreder to get my smart meter uninstalled.

It’s amazing how all of Jack’s teaching line up with the knowledge in ancient yogic texts about started with the “light body”. We are all light at our core. Yoga stretching probably increases the light pathways in out body by stretching out any kinks. Yogic breathing “prana yama”, is the control of light or energy in the body.

Man made EMF is the worst of all toxins. It’s called Garvisha in the yogic texts. It has the fastest impact of any toxins and is the most important to get out of the body. Usually the remedies including special herbal oils for the top of the head and ears, ghee to myelinate, and getting rid of the conductive toxins with coriander (for metals) and jantamasthi for the fat tissues. Well, the list goes on... meditation to balance the subtle energies, satsang to boost the vibration, and different methods to balance prana. When emf is high the pranks body shoots up and out causing anxiety, uneasiness and zero grounding. To balance this we boost apana (or downward movement of the prana). Simple methods include kegels or different types of active jumping meditations. People will not get groundedness unless the first chakra is somewhat clear. First chakra is the seat of enthusiasm and inertia. It’s the home of trauma... so any psychological or physiological trauma should be felt with and then the person can energetically ground like a redwood.

    A few updates...

VCS test no longer shows biotoxins. Woot! What worked: sunlight, water, csm without additives.

What I don’t think worked: lots of IVes with MISS.

    Nicotine craving is still high.

dopamine blood test shows it’s high. Jack thinks it’s low. I agree with @Jack Kruse . Don’t know how to boost it. DNA below. Is this the right format??

HS-CRP went from 60s to 1 and bounced up to 3.

Adding a bit of baking soda. I always craved alkaseltzer growing up. Maybe a decade or two of nightly alkaseltzer.

Methylene Blue. Been experimenting with it. Nothing conclusive yet.

CT: been doing 3-5 minutes in 40-60 degree water once or twice a day. It’s hard to get in but feels great afterwards.

Qlarivia arrives today. Gonna do 85 when i can’t get much sun and 105 in summer.

Playa Del Carmen: Will be back December 1-9.

Big wins: Neurotoxins out. Mood better.
    Still confused: Dopamine

Went to a Korean spa yesterday which had hot and cold tubs. Did a few rounds of hot to cold.

Then I did hot and stayed in 59 degree water for 20 minutes. Stayed in while shivering and shivered for hours afterwards. Not sure what this is about.

Slept great and morning make hormone panel (morning wood) was positive.

Oysters are definetly making me happy.

I think something happened here in dc last March - July. That’s when my fatigue got really bad and I started craving vaping.

Today is day 2 of Qlarivia.

Sure. What metrics are you looking for? @JanSz

Day two - feeling more energy. Some increase in appetite.
