Supposing one is bounding along the road to Optimal having jumped on in January in the dead of winter. Diet protocols are dialed in, weight loss is good. Starting to explore CT, but side effects make the progress slow. Is it likely to expect a stall in weight loss or eeeeeeeek! a natural weight gain over the natural summer? If so, what % is acceptable as being more tied to the seasons before worrying that LR is creeping back into the picture? IOW, can you still stay on the road to optimal if you aren't cold adapted in summer?

after your biology is tied to circadian cycles it becomes hard to see seasonal changes. When you screw with the system it occurs. In fact if you see seasonal variation it tells you you need to look at what your doing. There is still some more you can do.
