    I've gotten into the habit of growing what I eat when it comes to vegetable/fruit calories.

    I got tired of calculating what is circadian or not.

    awesome - I am in northern NY with short season, but do what I can and have excellent relationships with my farmers- I share this wheel with folks at my resort and in my cooking classes who dont have a clue - so it can be informational for others too
